When I retired and settled down in Gloversville in summer 2021, I wanted to keep all of my personal business local. Glover Insurance Agency was highly recommended. I chose to bundle my new homeowners and auto insurance policies. From day one, Julie and her staff have been exceptional in providing appropriate plans and outstanding customer service. The day after my new auto policy went into effect, I had my first accident in 40+ years. The Agency handled it quickly and professionally. My windshield also spider-webbed in winter requiring a full replacement. Again, exceptional, no-nonsense and immediate service. Having lived in five different states (and NYS five times), Glover Insurance Agency is by far the best agency I have ever utilized. They always make me feel that I really am part of their family. I have full confidence in them for any and all of my insurance needs.

Julie is an outstanding insurance representative. I can call her anytime to have my questions answered. I will never forget calling to ask a question as she was disembarking from a cruise ship. I felt bad for bothering her on vacation, and she insisted on taking care of me immediately. She truly is the best!! Thank you Julie for all you do for us!!

Julie Glover is a consummate professional. Julie Glover is well versed in the knowledge of insurance. She uses exceptional customer relation skills in her presentation of insurance to potential insurers and with her relationship with perspective insurers. She is a credit to her profession and should be recognized for her ability and skills.

I actually really like this insurance company office. The women who work here and run the place are always pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I have and it has nothing to do with them is I wish the insurance wasn't so expensive, there should definitely be reductions or breaks in there prices for drivers who don't get in accidents and or for customers whom have been with them for a long time. Some type of "for every 4 to 5 years your a customer you only have to pay half of the normal insurance claim cost promotion" or something like that. Just something to encourage people to stay with progressive as there auto insurance provider.

We just recently switched to the Glover Agency for our Auto and Home Owners Insurance. Julie and her team were professional and swift to save us hundreds of dollars on both our Auto Insurance AND Homeowners Insurance. We only wish that we crossed paths with Julie years ago!!! I just wanted to take the time out of my day to write this review ..as Julie took time out of her day while on vacation to take care of my needs..honestly who does that..I needed renters insurance for a new town house i was moving into and not knowing she was on vacation with her family i. Contacted her for this policy and she took care of it while vacationing again Julie thank you..you and your team do a great job ..Btw she also has my car insurance and my home owners for another location I would definitely recommend the team at Glover Insurance for all your needs..kepp up the good work..

My husband and I have been with Julie and Glover insurance for a few years now and I have nothing bad to say.
