Fantastic staff! From the front desk, to the techs and assistants, and the doctors—everyone is kind, patient, and understanding. My pups absolutely love coming to the vet, they practically run to the door! Dr. Pan is the BEST! ❤

They treat FERRETS and other exotics , they also had same day emergency appointments if you call at 8am since there is no 24hr emergency ferret vet that i could find in buffalo. Was also able to work with me on the cost of my ferrets treatment. Highly recommend

All Creatures is a wonderful place to bring our pets. The girls are friendly and efficiently and professional. And we know that Jim takes great care of both our dogs. All Creatures is always a 5 star visit!!

My rabbit was going through GI Stasis. I’ve been through it before with my other bunny but this time was very different. I tried everywhere and anywhere to get her in someone and it was useless. All Creatures took her in, even if it was a few days later and they tended to our needs. I am so thankful for them all there from the receptionist to getting hold of me and answering all my questions because I definitely was calling almost everyday, hours on end. Dr.Pan was so gentle and informative with our little baby. The one nurse Chelsea. we loved! She was relatable and again took care of our baby. they all cared so much especially on short notice. i was there one day, they took her in and gave us medicine. unfortunately we were back the next day but luckily figured everything out with her. i’m so thankful we found this place as it is practically the only place in western ny that takes bunnies

I started taking my rabbits here recently and am always pleased with every visit. I drive over an hour to see them as there are very limited vets that work with exotics in my area, and it's always worth the drive. They're very caring and patiently listen to any concerns I have about my precious babies 💕 I also genuinely appreciate that they don't try to drain you of every penny and will even suggest less expensive places to obtain supplements/certain treatments rather than pressuring you to purchase it thru them. One of my bunnies requires frequent cleaning with a special solution and they showed me where I could buy a jug of it rather than making me get small bottles thru them.

Easy to find on Google maps, I texted the number when I arrived and was brought in immediately. I was greeted kindly and professionally and the paperwork was throrough. The vet and aides were non-judgemental, calming to speak with(I have ADHD and anxiety), helpful, honest, throrough and knowledgeable. I was shown how and when to administer antibiotic shots for my bearded dragon and scheduled a follow-up. The pricing for the visit and medications were a LOT lower than I anticipated for this visit. Thank you for the all-around great environment! Lasair and I will see you in a month!

I’ve been going to All Creatures for years with all my animals - dogs, bunnies, and bearded dragon. They are especially excellent with my dog Bella, who is a rescue and very nervous/aggressive with strangers. They are endlessly patient with Bella, earning her trust through treats and soft voices. I’ll never take her anywhere else.

I’ve been bringing my furbabies here since 2007 never once did they feel uncomfortable and not once had an issue. The staff is friendly. My pooch had her tooth removed in 2020 and she was very well taken care of and explained everything I needed to know. Then in 2022 she had 3 hard bumps removed and had biopsies done. Everything came out well. And again the staff explained what I needed to know. I love all of the staff. I thank you for for all that you’ve done.

I brought my blue tongue skink to All Creatures for a respiratory infection and was very pleased with my visit. The team was able to get my skink in quickly as we were concerned about his health. The team at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and the new patient paperwork was easy to work through. Our vet and vet tech were great! They answered all my questions and did a thorough exam of my skink. They showed me how to give him the injections he needed to kick the infection and answered all the questions I had before I left. I’m very pleased with my visit and will continue to visit.

Last month we had to take our hamster, Franklin, in because he was sick. We went in for an emergency visit, and I knew going in it was very likely that we would have to have him euthanized. The staff was beyond compassionate, and I felt like the vet was compassionate but also very straightforward with me. They made the cutest little paw print mold for my son. I honestly don't even think they charged us for everything that they were supposed to charge us for. When my mom looked the bill she said the paw print alone was worth that much. I will recommend this place to everyone. I've never liked a vet so much. Some people you can tell their passion also happens to be where they receive a paycheck, and that's how it was with every staff member we encountered at All Creatures. Yes it was their job, but they really cared.

We have trusted All Creatures with a variety of pets for years. Always friendly, caring and knowledgeable team there for your little buddy. Definitely recommend!

Took my snake here the wait was sort of long considering I had an appt first thing in am. The service was excellent and explained everything in detail of how to give the antibiotics to my snake!! Nice people great prices and I appreciated the service…

Bryson was a huge help to me, setting up a website for me and making sure my cat’s new prescription food was ordered and approved! Bryson was also very compassionate and dealt with all my questions in such a professional manor! It’s nice to see someone who enjoys their job, so much so, that it shows in the care we received! They were able to gracefully handle our athletic wiggly worm cat who stared at the Vet from the of the cabinets when she walked in. The cat was relatively non-plussed after the shots and while it is unlikely to be her favorite place to visit, she will not be terrified the next time she goes.

Very practical vet. They have never tried to upsell or try to push for more services with me. They care about your pet(s).
