The Animal Hospitable Veterinary Clinic

We have had numerous animals looked at by Dr. Thresa, and now Dr. Tower. In the 20+ years we have gone to Animal Hospitable with either cats or dogs (20+ animals), we knew that they were getting the best of care. If they could not immediately diagnose an issue, they researched it, and if necessary consulted with Cornell University vets to provide the animal (and us) with best treatment or options. Our daughter became a veterinary doctor (DVM) partially due to the Animal Hospitable doctor's dedication to animals. The veterinary technicians and office staff always provided a personal touch, and are helpful and courteous.

I have 3 dogs and was in need of a new Vet.
Dr. Tower was recommended to me, so I figured I would give her a try.

She is a fear free Vet. With reasonable prices.
Her office staff was kind, patient, and loving.
I was very impressed!

The staff is excellent with my cat. She’s very vocal and behavioral but they do an amazing job with her. Dr. Teresa is an amazing doctor who cares about your animals that you bring to her. Everyone there cares about the animals you bring to them and they are always available to answer any questions or get you in for a last minute appointment. I trust the staff completely with my cat. Thank you everyone for all you do and for caring about our pets that we bring to you.

Wonderful caring doctors (both Dr Labuszewski and Dr Tower) and staff. Dr Labuszewski saved my dog nearly 10 years ago when another clinic misdiagnosed and financially took advantage of our emotional state. Dr Labuszewski gave very matter of fact advice, explained everything very clearly, and my dog happily lived another 3 years without needing
surgery.

Dr Teresa is known in our home as “Mother Teresa” after she saved our Dalmatian’s life twice. Once by find a prescription to kill an obscure parasite and again with emergency bladder surgery. She and her team operated late into the night to save our Smokey’s life. Smokey gave us 14 years. Thank goodness for Dr Teresa … the most talented, determined, pet-loving Vet one could ever hope to find.

Amazing staff!! Dr. Amanda Tower recently took over Dr. Theresa, and she is a wonderful vet. They are slowly transitioning to Fear Free practices, and truly care for the well being of the fur babies they care for.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Teresa's dedication to help my cat. The tech and front staff here are very nice, and handle my cat gently.

I can't say enough about how great Animal Hospitable is. We recently made the decision to put down our beloved cat. This was a difficult decision for us to make. The level of care we were given by the staff here was incredible. They were very understanding and compassionate. They provided a few small, personal touches that were very thoughtful and appreciated. I have never had service like this from any other vet. After our cat had passed away, Animal Hospitable gave a nice memorial paw print and lock of hair. A few days later we received a hand written note from the doctor that contained wildflower seeds to plant in memory. Even after that, I receive a letter that a donation to a charity has been made on behalf of my pet from Animal Hospitable. Sincerley, thank you for all you have done Animal Hospitable.

All the staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Lulu was very nervous and they took special care of her. Of course, we love Dr. Amanda!

I have been with this clinic and Dr. Teresa for three dogs and starting with my 4th over a period of 25 years or so. The clinic staff is always very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. T. is an outstanding diagnostician and is very good about explaining treatment and expectations. I trust her implicitly with my dogs' well-being.

They have been my vet for over 12 years. Like most dog owners, our rescue dogs are family, and we want them to be treated with respect, and quality care by knowledgeable, caring staff. Our old girl had a chronic medical condition and Dr Teresa always made room to see us if there was an urgent problem, offered several treatment options when possible, and answered our many questions with patience. Over a year later, after moving to Charlotte, NC, I still think Dr. Theresa is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I owned a pet related business so I have been to many vets in the Buffalo area, and the care my dog received from Dr. Theresa and the staff while fighting Cushings disease was incredible. She helped diagnose him correctly and manage the disease, ultimately giving me one more year with my best friend. I look back one of the hardest times of my life (watching my boy fight for his life) and I felt confident that he was receiving the best care at Animal Hospitable. I highly recommend Dr. Theresa!

My cat, now 6, has been under Dr. Teresa's care since I adopted him at 1 1/2 years; he has, thankfully, not required any but routine care, but that has always been delivered with obvious concern and attention to detail. I am confident that the doctor and her staff would be more than up to the challenge should the need for emergency care arise.

As a first-time cat owner after many years of raising and loving my miniature dachshunds, I have used the services of several veterinarians; Animal Hospitable ranks right there with my favorite and I bless the day I found them after the distance to travel for pet care became a burden and I had to locate a vet closer to home. We recently moved to Western NY from Long Island. We have two dogs whom we love like our children.
We needed to find a Vet, so I asked a co-worker, former Vet-Tech, and animal lover, who she recommended.
She recommended Dr. Teresa.
We have brought both dogs to Dr Teresa and could not be more pleased. Dr Teresa picked up on a potential medical issue with our yellow lab that previous veterinarians on Long Island did not. She referred us to a specialist, and even the specialist was impressed that Dr Teresa was able to "pick-up" the abnormality from a routine wellness exam and endorsed Dr Teresa.
The staff is also friendly and professional.
We travel 9 miles from the southern part of Lancaster to see Dr Teresa and her staff, and highly recommend Animal Hospitable.

We have five cats and all have rec'd great care at the Animal Hospitable. Most recently we took in our barely-domesticated cat, and all the staff were very knowledgable and caring.

We have been using Animal Hospitable for our dog who is now 15 months old. Everyone at this clinic is very helpful and knowledgeable. But I am particularly impressed with Dr. Theresa (the owner). She is a wonderful vet. Our dog had some serious problems and with Dr. Theresa help all turned out very well.

We've had excellent experiences with Dr. L and her staff! Regular visits for an aging cat and a newly minted senior dog with allergies and thyroid problems. The amount of time and care Dr. Theresa takes with the humans is amazing and thorough. The later office hours help as well for working pet parents.

Dr. Theresa is wonderful and always tells it like it is. She is extremely knowledgeable and is wonderful with my cats. Her tech staff is amazing and so good and loving with the animals. We have been going there for about 20 years. I have nothing but praise for this clinic and would recommend anyone with kitties to take them there.
