A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating replaced our furnace for us years ago and also just installed central air in our home. The sales techs weren't pushy and didn't try to sell us products we didn't need. They answered all our questions. They know what they're doing and do a great job. They even stayed late to get the jobs done. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly. I definitely recommend them.

Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and seemed to take the time to do the maintenance completely. He explained about duct cleaning which was something we had thought about. System seems to be up and running fine now. Appreciate the prompt service.

Hi there, I’m a relatively new customer and I just want to say how happy I am with a Johnson plumbing and heating. All the text that have come here have been friendly, professional they answer all my questions and they don’t get frustrated when I don’t know a lot of information.
But the biggest thing for me is a woman that works in the office. Her name is Michelele she really makes the company what it is. Not only is she professional and friendly, she knows her information, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she finds out and the thing that really impressed me was that she called me back with the information. And answered all my questions. for me and a lot of customers, it gives you a nice feeling to know that you can call and get the same person in the office, and they are more than happy to go above and beyond what they are supposed to do to find out answers for you and make sure that you’re happy. She also calls to let me know when technicians are running late, or if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, she always calls and I feel like I am always in the loop. Steve came and tuned up and inspected my boiler. He did a very nice job and was very receptive to all my questions. He was able to reassure me that the boiler is in good condition.

Outstanding experience with A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating. The plumber, James, did a great job diagnosing and fixing my water issue. With his help, I was back up and running in no time. He also provided useful information about future issues to consider and plan for.
In addition to the quality of the work, I was impressed by the company's communication. They confirmed my appointment via text, and James had my number and was able to call when he was on his way.
It is always concerning when a plumbing issue arises, but the experience with A. Johnson took a lot of the stress away.

Brandon was very helpful and thorough in helping my wife and I figure out what type of units and the qty for our home. He was an excellent communicator and made sure we got what we wanted. Edward, and Brian were a pleasure to deal with. They were so helpful, answered all my questions and concerns and did a great job installing my units. I would highly recommend them, very professional and great to talk to. Our little dog Emilio also enjoyed having them around for the install. 5 Stars!

Ed came to install a new furnace and upgrade the ductwork and vents so that there would be more optimal airflow. The installation was carried out with precision and care. He was meticulous and ensured that everything was functioning properly. He was courteous, communicated clearly with me throughout the process, and made me feel valued as a customer. Ed also made sure that my cat did not escape during the process of bringing in the equipment or get into trouble in the work area. I am a very satisfied customer.

The owner is a stand up guy. He really took good care of me and my family. We got a new hot water heater and some duct work replaced. I can't thank him enough for the involvement and time he put in.

On 7/6, Robert and Jen came to clean my furnace, service my AC and install a new thermostat for me. They did a Wonderful job, they were both very friendly, and both very efficient. I appreciate the helpful tips that they provided me as well.

The tech arrived in the expected timeframe and explained everything in detail.

Tyler B was a professional and clear about the issue he was dealing with. He helped me save a couple bucks by doing the membership sign up and showed me the details of what I needed to know. Was happy to have him working on our furnace.

I contacted A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating via their website.
I was able to schedule an Inspection of an Existing Furnace and Inspection of an Existing Hot Water Heater.
Deidre with customer service was very helpful with helping me get everything set up since I had to be out of town.
Once I returned and contacted Deidre she scheduled a Service Call that week.
I received confirmation from them with the Technician and approximate time of his arrival.
Jesse the Service Technician arrived promptly and we reviewed what I had concerns with.
He was Professional, Courteous, and made some Recommendations.
He checked with his office to see if he would be able to replace the Hot Water Heater and was able to set up the Replacement the same day.
Once I gave him my approval he proceeded to get the Hot Water Heater and returned to install it along with finished his service of the Furnace.
He reviewed all pricing and options available prior to any work and reviewed all costs after finished.
I was pleased with the services they offered and they were very easy to work with.
