Had an emergency and it was something that really couldn’t wait to be fixed for safety concerns. I called Barry at 518renovations and he was great to work with. He told
me as soon as his team was done on their job they would be right over to help with the repair. It was quick, efficient and exactly what we needed. His guys had been working all day and still came over for another job and did it right! Highly recommend 518renovations ! Thanks Barry and team!!

They did a great job with remodeling my bathroom which involved reconfiguring everything in it. They took out the old outdated plumbing and replaced it modern. I love my new bathroom.

Lee the sales rep was helpful in finalizing the plans and working with the insurance company for a small kitchen and bath
remodel/repair after water damage. The carpenter, Mark and his crew wasted no time putting the kitchen and part of the bathroom together. After a little delay due to backordered product they returned and completed the cabinets, sink, and counter. The job came out beautiful. The guys were friendly and helpful. I will be hiring 518 Renovations again.

We had 518 renovate our kitchen and bathroom. It was a wonderful experience, start to finish. Lee was great with consulting and helping to brainstorm layout. When it came time for the actual work, Mark and the team were professional, clean and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Mark has great attention to detail and looks out for the customer. The cabinets did not come in on time for it to be completed and they provided a temporary sink and made sure we were able still function. The finished work is beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I rent a home from 518 properties. Last winter the serviceman came around to check on my gas furnace. He discovered that it was not working properly, and it was replaced immediately. I couldn't believe how quick the service was. Mr. Akey takes excellent care of his tenants!
