Markson's Furniture

We found this furniture place while searching on google and let me tell you the furniture they have is amazing. Everything they sell is high-quality and the prices are very reasonable. The staff doesn’t work on commission so they don’t have to fight to see who’s gonna get the benefits, but that doesn’t mean that they won’t do their best. We have returned to the store three times and all those times we had certain items in mind and we have been able to find them there. All the staff is friendly, courteous, and have been wonderful in meeting our needs for the furniture we have been looking for. On top of the furniture being high-quality we have gotten it in a very reasonable time usually it’s delivered within two weeks of purchase. The delivery price is not as high as other places and they offer warranty on the furniture. The delivery guys have been great. They take really good care in handling our furniture and delivering it. They are cautious in entering our home and make sure that our furniture is not damage and doesn’t get damage in the process of putting it together. I cannot say enough good things about Markson’s furniture and all their staff, including sales, clerks and delivery staff. We will definitely be returning again and again to purchase new furniture.

Just walking in the store felt right. Everyone was friendly. I ordered 5 chairs and after they were delivered decided I made a mistake and they kindly exchanged one for me. I was so happy at the customer service level and even the delivery men were exceptionally nice. The quality, warranty and financing are the best. I have already recommended them to others. It will be the best decision you could make.

Being unfamiliar with this store, we were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of furniture that wasn’t the “usual” offerings. Most of the other stores had the same or similar styles that just didn’t meet our needs. Not only did our sales person, Mia, show us the many variations that could be made from the styles we liked, but also explained the quality differences and the customization options available in the styles we liked. We got exactly what we wanted in the fabrics and configurations that met our tastes at a price were were comfortable with. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this family owned business.

After dealing with another local furniture company(not the one that is closing), I went to Markson’s Furniture in Henrietta NY. I want to say the experience I had with Josh and Zach was absolutely incredible. As promised, I would receive furniture within 28 days. Today, less than the time allowed we received our furniture. PJ and Pedro delivered it and they were the kindest, most polite people I have met. The outpouring of gratitude and the comfort of being able to sit on beautiful, sturdy furniture is something we are grateful for. We are returning to purchase recliners and end tables. If you are looking for good quality furniture and the kindest experience, hands down I would recommend this fine company. Thank you for putting our five months of dealing with a terrible company to the rest. Numerous accolades to the company and staff. Endless gold stars!

She was very thorough in my choice of fabrics,shapes & sizes for all the furniture we purchased. The best furniture store I have ever been in. There inventory was the best. We are customer's for life now. There payment options, great customer service, & prices makes your shopping experience memorable. Another great experience with Zach ( Henrietta Location) . Top notch service and always treated with the utmost respect ! Joe and his crew delivered my sectional and table and did so without any issues . Shoe coverings where worn and they did a great job getting things in without a problem . Makersons is the only place I’ll use for my home furnishing needs !

I had the pleasure of working with Charles at their brand new location in Henrietta.

First of all, the new location is fantastic! The showroom is gorgeous and tastefully designed. The availability of furniture in the showroom was impressive too! My wife and I got to try out several different sectionals and ultimately got sold on a set that we overlooked when we were browsing the online catalog. Not to mention, we also found some sets that we plan on purchasing with Markson's Furniture again.

As for the experience, it was also incredibly customer friendly. Charles primarily helped us with his expansive knowledge of all the products we looked at, but other employees at the store also engaged us in friendly conversation and seemed like they genuinely tried to get to know us as people instead of customers. Charles was incredibly helpful with getting information for us as we shopped around and immediately had answers to questions we asked. Very professional and personable!

They all really know their product and the entire location really emphasizes the fact that they are a family owned business and seek to treat their clientele as their family as well. I could tell that they were really looking to get us the best deal and the best product to suit our needs. There was absolutely zero sense of upselling; they really just want to make sure people walked away with a product that was perfect for them.

All in all, fantastic experience with exceptional prices and policies. I look forward to visiting this place again. House furnished by Markson's Furniture!

They called me when they was 10mints away. They setup my bed n dressers. Wasn't even there for 20mints. Was there by 9 am and out before 930am. This my 3rd time getting furniture from Marksons furniture.
