Our stay here, while short (one night), was amazing. The furniture was comfortable. The breakfast options were incredible. They offered cereal, yogurt, muffins, waffles, fruit, pop tarts, danishes, hard boiled eggs, and more. And the check-in staff was amazing! She was joyful and personable, even though it was late. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our stay over Labor Day holiday weekend. Appreciate manager, Jonathan as helping us out. Thank-you for your kindness. Will definitely be back.

Bella was exceptionally welcoming during my stay, offered assistance and said hello every time we passed. Above standard service and quite the impressive customer service representative. Will reccomend to other based on how she represented the hotel during my stay.

I been staying at this hotel on and off weekly for about 9 months & the breakfast is perfect for on the go. Amber at the front desk is amazing at making cookies that I always look forward to. Especially the peanut butter ones. She's always a pleasure and helps any way she can. Especially when I loose my room card. Glad to see such ambition in service.

We stay at this motel whenever we are in the Fonda/Johnstown area and find the motel to be very clean and comfortable with very good employees who are always very pleasant to work withand want to make things right.

Clean! Lindsay and Karley are very nice. Quiet. Comfy beds and pillows. Good, but not exceptional breakfast is included.

This location is really special. Jonathan is the manager, a really cool guy and Bella is outstanding. Spent time with me hooking me up to Uber when the one taxi service in Gloversville never showed up. This place rocks! Go Bella and Jonathan!

Microtel Johnstown NY has wonderful clean rooms with comfy beds. The staff is friendly and the managers are very helpful. The breakfast will get you off to a good start. Avery good price for a nice stay!

My first review on my new Google account since moving back to Johnstown after 15 years away has to go to this hotel and their exceptional staff. I've worked in the hospitality industry at hotels & at a Busy Bed and Breakfast in downtown St. Augustine FL, and I'm so so impressed with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms and amenities. I've been here almost a week now and will be staying a few more days. The front desk workers Amber, Carly and Cierra and are SUPER nice and helpful and a real pleasure to talk with! I had family in from out of town and they were able to accommodate them last minute as well as extend my stay when I was informed our apartment wasn't ready and had to stay another week longer than anticipated. The continential breakfast in the morning is also a nice bonus as a lot of hotels really don't offer it anymore let alone the selection of items they offer. The juice and tea/coffee all day is also pretty awesome. I highly recommend booking here if you need a place to stay, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and breakfast had a great assortment of options that my kids loved.

I’ve never been disappointed with Microtel. Amber was very helpful with me as well as with other guest. Especially one who was having trouble with adding his loyalty information for his room. My key was not functioning as well as my co workers and Amber took care of it. Went above and beyond her responsibilities as a Front Desk associate.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I'd never stayed in a Microtel before. The room is smaller than normal but was so well laid out I didn't mind at all. Bathroom was quite ample sized. Comfy bed, linens, pillows. Large lobby and nice looking Cafe for breakfast. I didn't have breakfast as I'm a late sleeper. Desk staff were very nice. This is going to be my hotel to stay over whenever I head up to VT. Glad I found it!!

I would like to thank Jonathan from Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Johnstown for his excellent service. My friends and I were driving to the hotel when my car broke down and we had to cancel our fishing trip. Even though we had less than 24 hours to check into the hotel, Jonathan was very kind and canceled our reservation. I really appreciate this kind gesture and look forward to visiting this hotel next time. Additionally, I just joined the Wyndham Rewards Program and am glad to be part of such a great team that cares about its members. Thank again.

Had an issue booking through a third party. The manager, Jonathan, took care of it and was a big help. He’s a stand up guy, which is rare these days. I would book here in the future.

Amber at the front desk was super nice and helpful! The rooms are in amazing condition very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast in the morning was amazing too! Probably the best bang for your buck! Location is right next to tons of stores and food.

Amber at the front desk really helped me out when I forgot some important toiletries! She came in clutch, was nice, personable, and helpful!

Great hotel to stay at super clean great vives and the front desk host was super awesome she even made breakfast for everyone in the morning if you ever encounter her name is amber case she's cool

My experience with the general manager has always been exceptional. I know that from personal experience he runs the hotel where he has the guests' best interest at heart. If you are there to have a good family experience, you can expect to have a safe environment. He is definitely diligent in his duties and always does right by guests. If there are disturbances, he will be sure to take care of the issues fairly and efficiently. He definitely deserves acknowledgement!! I'm very grateful to managers that run a business like this. I can recommend this place to my friends and family with the reassurance that they will be in good hands.

Great place to stay!! Amber at the front desk always respectful and made my stay very comfortable. Out here on business stayed at this establishment well over a month. Great to see there’s still excellent customer service in the world.
