I've been using this pharmacy since I moved into the neighbourhood almost 8 years ago. I made the switch from a chain pharmacy, the personalised service I receive from Saratoga is amazing. The past couple years I've been unable to get to the store; so they have delivered my medications to me. This is the first time I've felt as if I have a real relationship with the pharmacists and the other staff that works there. I'm so happy they are there.

This is the best Pharmacy I came across in Rochester. I never had any issues even during Covid-19 time. The Pharmacist & the staff are very professional and courteous . Also I love the free delivery service.

The Saratoga staff from the Front-End, to the technicians, to the pharmacists are all very polite, reasonable, and go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is treated equally and as a family, while ensuring any support regarding any issues are solved in a professional manner.

An awesome independent pharmacy in Rochester that really serves the community in this area. From their free delivery 5 days a week to their friendly and helpful staff, I always feel respected and treated like family when I come here. Also they have had a remodel and the new store looks fantastic! They have delivered many times and the drivers are very friendly and understanding and always go the extra mile to help you. A friend of mine missed her delivery so the driver came back on his route just to drop of her medicine again just so she wouldn’t go without, that's what I call top class service! Also the people working in the store are always so friendly and helped me with insurance issues that I had when picking up my medication. I have thought of using other pharmacies in the past but after seeing the quality of the service and the many free health benefitting programs they offer I never will leave!! Keep up the great work!!

Gr8 service & staff. They don't treat you like a number, they treat u like A person! Several times U had issues with prescriptions and refills with my Dr's. Office and three times now Tara has put in extra effort and time to get it sorted out for me. And the rest of the staff is so nice and go the extra mile for you all the time also. Well today i was introduced to some staff from the pharmacy were i live @ andrew terr. Apts. I have always been aquiatined with but as i sat and observed you guys @ work you guys are aewsome.so i was just listening to one of u guys talk to a patient. I knew him for a while now.he was. Or is great @his job.thank you mr nelson DEJESUS man i didnt realize how awesome you are at what you do.because of your ways and how good you are with people i switched over to saratoga.thank you bro.tlk soon.

Eli & another guy with the last name Muhammad ( can’t remember his first) but anyways these two gentlemen made sure I received my medicine before I had to go to work because I’m on probation period not once but twice. Very respectful and they accommodated me and you can’t find that anywhere especially the same day you call I really appreciate them !

Fast service. No issues. Got my dad’s medicine with out having to wait in line compared to other pharmacies. Great service and staff as well.

Saratoga Pharmacy is professional, customer friendly and very easy to deal with. All their personnel give their best to everyone. The delivery service and pill packs are great for those who need those amenities.

This pharmacy is amazing! I switched from walmart pharmacy and enrolled into their mediset program as I unfortunatly am starting to take more medications. I am so thankful for my blister package that I recieve, it makes my life much more easier! Its very convenient! I also appreciate that I can always speak to my one technician and she gets the job done for me! I love having just one person as my go-to. Also, my delivery driver is alway so friendly.
