I eventaully found my unit and was overall impressed with the cleanliness. The owners text back in a timely manner for any concerns you might have.

It was incredibly easy and convenient in renting and accessing the facility. The customer service support was also incredibly helpful with the questions I had at the time.

I have just moved into a storage unit at Bolt Storage. They were very informative and helpful with the move-in process, and I was very thankful. The storage facility even has moving dollies to help transfer belongings from truck to storage unit. I am very pleased with the experience as a new client.

This was the best and stress free 9 months with my belongings in the Bolt Storage facility. The online pay and communication with this company was cut dry and convenient. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for a great facility. Oh yea and prices are more the fair compared to other temperature control units.

unit was clean, lock was waiting, and the packaging was conveniently snipped so I could easily remove the lock.

Had one small little problem with the code but other than that no other problems.

Great and easy storage needed a place that was climate control and was not way over priced this is the 15 by 30

So I picked up a unit today and I was very happy that it was super clean and I got a padlock with keys when I opened it ...

Super easy to deal with for drop off and pick up. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. My payments were charged monthly to my credit card - no muss, no fuss - and receipts were emailed promptly. Would not hesitate to store my car with them again.

Bolt Storage is amazing. We have been there for a few years and it is clean, safe, easy to access and extremely secure. I very time I have called Debbie Knew exactly who I was and I only met her once! She was so professional and friendly. It is by far the best storage facility I have ever used. The rental transaction was great! Streamlined, clear, professional - all done online. The building is well lit, clean and the unit itself perfect!

Employees are courtesy, professional and always helpful. Have stored our vehicle their several years and its been great. Car is always in good shape and we feel safe with it being stored there through winter months.
