I've personal attend several services here over the past 20 plus years and I can say without a doubt that the are the most professional group you'd every want to deal with in your time of grief.
Their establishment is absolutely beautiful, which features a stunning 100 plus year old stair case.
They also have two chapels for extra accommodation. The second chapel has a viewing screen as to see the same thing the main chapel is seeing and hearing. A++

From the moment I notified them of my husband's passing, they were helpful, courteous and professional. They arrived at our home in a timely fashion despite the hour and weather conditions. They handled my husband with respect. John Stewart was wonderful. He has helped our family for several funerals and we consider him a friend. Even though my husband didn't want a funeral, only cremation, he walked us through everything we needed to know and do. He helped us explore all the options available to us. I can't give the funeral home and staff enough accolades. I don't ever want to go anywhere else for our end of life care. Many thanks to a great group of people.

I am deeply touched by the compassion and professionalism of John Stewart during the recent loss of my brother. I drove all the way from South Carolina to have closure with my brother after his passing. The funeral home was to ensure that his cremation was complete. No services. I drove through the night directly to the funeral home to find John waiting. My brother was so well prepared and presented for a viewing just for me, one person. The room was set up with him , a prayer alter, music and video rolling behind him of his love of Harley Davidson motorcycles. It was touching to know that my brother was handled with so much care and respect. The only way John knew about my brother's love of Harley Davidson Motorcycles was because he arrived with his Harley Davidson shirt. Impressed, intuitive. Compassionate. Well done, John, well done.

This was the first Funeral arrangements i have ever had to make. The funeral home was very accommodating and helped me tremendously along the way and still continue to provide information and support while i'm going through the grieving process. Walrath & Stewart was so compassionate and understanding when I lost my husband. They (Jeremy) walked me through everything step by step with so much patience. Let’s not forget about the rest of the staff; they did an amazing job as well, front start to finish. My husband was young when we lost him and through conversations with my parents, they were so impressed with the way Walrath & Stewart treated our friends and family, they gave instructions that Walrath & Stewart be hired to care for them when the time comes.

Everyone treated our family wonderfully during the most difficult time of our lives with the sudden passing of my wife. With all of the planning that had to be done, the staff made everything as simple as possible and took the stress off of our family while we were able to deal with our emotional loss. It was an outstanding experience during a horrible time. It is truly remarkable what they do.

In the aftermath of my husband's death, I was treated with the upmost respect and patience. Everything was explained to me, and my daughter, multiple times, as I couldn't comprehend my situation. They were great with us.

I called on the night of Memorial Day. The phone was answered live with compassion and caring. I had an appt the next day. Everything went very smoothly and the service reflected what my mom had asked for. They also texted to see how i was doing a week after the service. I felted supported throughout this difficult time!

Everyone was amazingly compassionate and professional. Our family was going through the toughest time we have ever experienced in the loss of our dad, and the support we were given was appreciated.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They handled everything professionally. Since this was during Covid they did a live stream for family and friends who were not able to attend. The support they offered with paper work, insurance info was great it took stress off of our family.

I made this comment to John Stewart. "If it weren't for the fact that my wife, MaryLou wasn't coming home, I would say the funeral, mass of christian burial and grave side services were perfect". I know MaryLou would have been pleased as well.
