I was having trouble at the self serve printers. It wasn’t grabbing the file correctly to print from the email. Dami came over and helped. She took me over the the express ship after having the same trouble I was experiencing. She took my file from the stores email and was able to print for me with no extra charge. Great customer service! Thank you Dami!

Went to Staples in Henrietta today for a family project. It was a large project and we were having some trouble. The manager Tim patiently helped us through it. I can't say enough about him. I highly recommend this store and manager. ( Oh, and he's pretty cute too)

Ryan from TSA PRECHECK processing department was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accepted me before my appointment time because some people didn’t show up. He is the BEST

I honestly don't know the last time I visited a Staples but this location reminds me why I liked them so much. The associate who helped us, Jazmine, was amazing and very understanding during our moment of bereavement. Our late dad's picture was precious to us but she listened carefully and turned it around the same morning. Staples made me believe that customer service still exists, thanks to Jazmine! Great job!

What great employees at this store and my visit was no exception today. Angel was at the register and she exhibited such excellence in her job. So helpful and so pleasant. I resisted from asking if she were doing an episode for TV where the CEO is disguised as a store employee. Thank you for having persons like Angel making such a great impressions for Staples!

My mom and I went into the Jefferson Road Staples store (Rochester, NY) for a printer. Elijah helped us the entire way, from explaining brands to detailing key features to comparing models—he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient answering our many many questions. The process would have been exponentially more challenging without his help. Thank you so much Elijah, we appreciate you!

Good selection of chairs, reasonable prices. I didn’t get the employees name but let’s just say Chair Daddy was very helpful!

Mauricio in Print Services absolutely saved the day for us - we needed a large photo board printed for our grandfather's funeral. When our original printing was unable to be retrieved due to an accident, we were able to transfer it to the Jefferson Rd store, and he rushed the job, and got our beautiful board printed perfectly in time for the service. We're so grateful for his excellent service on a very difficult and stressful day!

I could not speak more highly of Maurice our customer service rep. If Staples knew who they had working there they'd have made Maurice famous long ago. If you want to buy a printer you must ask for Maurice. Keep being awesome, Maurice. People notice.

I enjoyed great service from the Jefferson Rd Staples in Rochester, NY today. I learned in the morning of a 5PM networking event that I wished to attend, but I also wanted new business cards to give out. I designed the card on Staples website and requested a Jefferson Rd pick-up, which was promised for 8:30PM. I stopped in at 4:30 PM and Nicole at the printing desk said they weren't ready, but if I waited 10 minutes she would print the order. I had the cards in hand for my meeting at 5PM. Thanks, Nicole!

Printed quality business cards in less than an hour. The online tool was very easy and Nicole provided excellent service. We are all impressed at the office.

What a wonderful way to contribute to the community, by offering free lamination for COVID vaccine cards!
