Stump City Brewing

Upstate is littered with places that just make beer. Only some of them do it with soul - this is one of them. The Meco IPA is a fantastic spin on a West Coast style, and although I usually skip lagers because they're boring, the House Lager here is incredible. The secret cider is also next level. Fantastic people, too, and no trip here would be complete unless you meet the brewery pup, Olive.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the live music. People here are super welcoming and friendly. The High Hop Pale Ale was smooth and easy to drink. The Winter Solstice was a very new experience, the apple yeast really added a new twist to the beer; I liked it, but wouldn’t make it my go-to. We also tried the Brown Ale- Oaky as advertised- but not sweet, which is good for me!

Overall- good brews very unique to Stump City.

On the decor front- didn’t picture here, but they had a wall dedicated to first responders and service men and women. I absolutely loved that wall.

An absolute hidden Gem! Staff is friendly and informative and the beers are a 10/10 a great place to hang with friends and enjoy a pint! I would recommend getting a flight to sample all they have to offer. Also the music is an A+

It's a bit out of the way of the main town area and it's definitely quite small (though if the weather is nice outdoor seating definitely helps a lot). Their in house brews that I tried were solid (There was a great nutty brown ale 10/10 recommend, and there was a cream ale that I my friend who doesn't like beer actually managed to drink some, red ale wasn't my favorite but wasn't bad either.) The smash burger was 10/10 as well.

Great beers, huge fan of the Brown Ale. Absolutely must try. Cannot recommend this place enough. 🙏

This stuff was delicious! A couple friends and I were supposed to save these for a couple days and we ended up drinking them all in one night

Just passing through and had a great American experience at Stump City yesterday afternoon. Friendly cozy atmosphere. Stump City’s IPA Juice Hole IPA 🍺 was full flavor with a warm finish...appetizer were perfectly prepared.

Very nice little Brewery. Owners are pleasant to talk too. Mini pizza was great and beer was awesome.

Only had a chance to try one beer and it was perfect. Cool vibe. Awesome dog. Hope to come back and try more beers soon.

Fantastic. We were given a warm welcome, offered sample of brew, chatted with owner and LOVE the Red Ale. Can't wait to visit again

I must say -i drank alot of different beers ,the Red Ale here is the far most BEST beer I've ever had,this is a brewery with a bar and it is made to drink beer here,The staff is great and and the prices are totally fair. Don't waist your money on a bud or coors come here and try one of their many craft home made beers and ales.

Roasted peanuts 🥜 (plenty) 6_8 beers from stills to taps. Cross country ski,snow shoe in winter trails from lot to hard cider tap house,"rogers orchard'. Mountain 🚲 bike n hike it in spring n summer. 🥂 NYS liquor as well. 😎

Awesome brewery, the beer is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. They had Saxsquatch playing last night (12-22-19). Go support these guys!
