Pura Vida Ville

I'm originally from Southern California... and this place is so KILLER!! It's the closest to SoCal Mexican food I have had since we moved here. I'm so happy to have found it. Dude... if you want good SoCal tacos or burritos- you go here. If your taco is too dry, you haven't put enough salsa on it! Lol. The food is good , salsa is good... just good. I will definitely be going back.

This place is a little confusing on ordering but it’s essentially line cooking like chipotle but way better.

I ordered the Birria Tacos. I’ve had these other places and enjoyed them but I must say these are my favorite. They make them differently than other places. Instead of dipping and making the shells soggy they toast the shells dress the tacos and include a container of the sauce. If you want them wet you’ll have plenty to make that happen. I enjoyed them with the sauce on the top and crispy.

There is plenty for a meal. I also ordered an empanada because I can’t resist and I shouldn’t have because the tacos were enough.

My wife got the small burrito which was also very good.

I’d return for the tacos alone. The large burrito is a very good size so maybe I’ll try that next time.

Very good food, 12 inch burrito is huge. Reasonable prices considering the recent inflation. Staff was friendly, place was clean but not sterile feeling.

Great food. Birria Tacos were good - both beef and chicken. Service was very good - counter person answered several questions and checked on us after we received food.
Seemed to get busy at lunch time - took a bit of time with only one person behind counter but they did a great job.
Will be back.

Very good portion size for the price. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality food in the low carb but still filling type of dining.

Staff was quick to serve us and get our orders made. Great service and good food made this a fantastic stop for lunch.

If you think you want Moe's or Chipotle you're wrong. Pura Vida Ville is 100x better in every aspect. The rice alone is worth the trip, no Uncle Ben's, microwaved tasting nonsense here! No need to ask for and pay for an extra scoop of protein, their portions are enough for 2 meals. I've tried just about everything on the menu and I have been pleased every time.

BEST TACO AND BURRITO PLACE IN ROCHESTER !! You must come here and try their tacos ,most authentic tasting tacos I’ve had since I left Texas! They taste soo good and staff is so kind and quick ! They do pickup orders! Love this place. !!! ( Featured in the pic is the carnitas flour tacos , and the birria tacos ).

Amazing food! Love the bigger sit down area, best birria tacos I've ever had. Great atmosphere and some of the biggest burritos I've ever seen. Keep it up

This was our first time at this restaurant today and I have to say I got the large beef burrito and my wife got a medium pork burrito and they are absolutely outstanding! Can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu, thank you very much

Delish authentic Costa Rican/ Mexican food options and newly renevated dining area. The host & staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had their Diabla Tacos, the best tacos I ever had - by far. All home made everything. Simple, clean, friendly, reasonable. Will be back soon.

Unassuming stripmall location belies the extraordinary tacos within. We tried both specials - birria and diablo, 3 tacos each - and ate in store. We were not disappointed: they came out hot, juicy, and loaded with flavor. Thr extra soup with the birria tacos was a nice touch. And the chorizo in the diablo special was the perfect amount of spicy. Congrats to owners and workers alike, they're on to something!
