Tim was nice and got the job done when he said it was going to be done, I brought him a honda motor that was not running good needed some carb work, but priced a little high and maybe it's the going rate guess I'm not sure, what I do know I got charged 60 bucks for a carb clean and you can go online and buy a new carburetor for 15 bucks and that's what I'll continue to do

I brought 3 tractors that needed work and asked him to get them up and running do oil change etc. I get a call back saying they are all ready which I was impressed because it was less than 2 weeks. I get the tractors home and go out to but grass a $we days later. 1 tractor wont even turn over, I tractor has ver ugh little power and the 3 kept dying. I call Tim up and have to leave a message about this . Tom calls me after a while and says he is very sorry and to bring tractors back and he will work on them when he gets back home in a few days. So I dropped them and all this time he is bein very polite and will to try again so I give him the chance.. so about another 7-8 days go by and get a call stating all tractors are running and HB e appreciate the secod chance My son picks up trailers be I am in hospital and I get home a couple days later and go out the next morning to check tractors. 1 runs great , 1 runs ok and the 3rd one brand new battery is dead should mention I This had a new battery from the get go The one I had in Iit was new but very low voltage because it hasn't been charged since last fall but he took and ex the hanger the new battery for another new battery when u had warranty on it. So now I am out a new battery I could of exchanged and dealing with one that won't hold charge. I asked Tim why is the battery being drained or not holding a Charge his response was I'm not very good with electrical problems. I said s ok now k have to take it somewhere else to get fix spend more money after I paid you almost 600.00 to get all 3 of these running and he didn't do that. So I have to find a GB good repair pers otl n to fix a mower k already paid to be fixed. I was very angry be I asked tim so now I have to find someone to fix it and pay them while you keep almost 600.00 all he said is I wish you good luck. If anything I should get at least 200.00 dollars back since he didn't fix it and then I figure its 200 per tractor even though the other 2 only cost at most 200 total. In reality I deserve the 400 back but because he did work on it I am willin ggv t ok let hi I'm keep half. So 200 to me 200 to him at least that would hopefully cover the cost a new service person is going to charge.me. I was hoping he would have some understanding and ethics as far as couldn't fix it don't but zero nothing not a word. l real wish people would stand behind their word and work. I would of been fine if he said just pay me for new parts that were replaced and given an apology for screwing me over. I wish I didn't have to air this and he would of stood behind the work if you cant fix something then you don't get paid for it and I am will to let him keep half since all parts would come out of his half and he would still earn about 100 on tractor for not fixing it. To resolve this I want 200.00 back fr or. Not fixing tractor and returning a brand new battery which I ment i.p ok need when I dropped it off and all out need was a charge. All he had to do is call amd say hey do iij n ggv this do yo uh want to spend the money on these tractors. Just so frustrating and angry
