I had my roof and siding replaced and Andy made the whole experience from start to finish great. He was very knowledgable about the products and was able to make recommendations that were best for me and he stands by his word. I recommend Added Value Construction and Andy to everyone I know when they need any work done.

Andy replaced the top part of our deck, re-roofed our garage, and repaired a bunch of rotting boards in the garage. We also had his gutter guys replace a long gutter on the back of our house. Not only was Andy prompt, friendly, and very trustworthy, his price was lower than I expected on all 3 items. He was a joy to work with, and I'll be calling him back for other jobs in the future. The raised deck across the width of our house needed replacing. I was dreading getting quotes. Fortunately one of the names we got was Andy’s. He was recommended very highly by a neighbor. And everything after that was smooth sailing.

Andy was extremely helpful and informative. He patiently explained our options....and answered all our questions. It was obvious what a skilled and knowledgeable craftsman he was and how much he cared about the quality of his work. He also came across as caring, honest, sincere, and trustworthy. And throughout the the time we worked with him we saw that is just who he is.

We were hugely relieved to discover how reasonable Andy’s quote was. It actually allowed us to feel comfortable upgrading to nicer looking actual Cedar instead of a cheaper alternative. Plus, the biggest advantage of all about hiring Andy turned out to be that it was Andy himself who personally did all the work!

Andy has boundless energy. He works quickly but with a meticulous eye for detail. I got tired just watching him. His background meant he was very knowledgeable about “best practices” and local codes. And he was committed to doing things the right way. His experience definitely showed.

The deck looks wonderful. Plus it is safer and better built than ever. He put in the extra effort to make sure it was done on time. And he stuck by his quote,even tho some extra materials were required. We were very, very pleased by his work and by his integrity. He was a delight to work with and we trusted and felt very comfortable with him. Additionally his attention to details, plus the quality of his work , was outstanding.

My wife and I both recommend him very highly. It really was our lucky day when he was recommended to us!

Andrew (Drew) was responsive and did a great job at explaining the roof work that was going to be completed on the house. It was a seemless transaction, the new shingles look great and the roofers were good about giving me an udpate to times they would be done and next steps.

Added Value Construction did a siding repair job for me and the experience was nothing but positive. From the initial meeting to discuss the project through the work itself, everything went as expected and was done on schedule. I'd highly recommend for any of the home construction services they offer.

Andy was polite, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt! He was able to come over same day and complete the repairs I needed immediately! We will definitely be reaching out in the future if we need any remodeling or have a pinch like we did!
