Gave her one star because I cannot give her less or I would have.

I support local where and when I can dropped of a small project she said she would do it, latter on I learned that means absolutely nothing, waited a week stopped by it's still sitting on her desk. She said she would call when done gave her another week trying to be reasonable. Week two I stopped by she said she was "really busy" it did not appear so to me. I took my property and left meanwhile I did find somebody else to do business with.
She made a commitment she did not uphold, said she would do the work but did nothing, then she made no effort to communicate with me and she did have my phone number. I guess I am old school where you say what you mean, and mean what you say. If you are "too busy" you should have never accepted the project and saved us all time.

I regret walking into sparkling image's door she is unprofessional in accepting work but not actually doing any of it, definitely was a complete waste of time DO NOT RECOMMEND.
