Clothes Mentor in Burnsville is absolutely the best and the staff is amazing! I brought in a container full of clothing and shoes yesterday they gave me extremely fair pricing for all of my items. Awesome store check it out for shopping and consignment!!

If you'e looking for somewhere to get quality clothing, great style and good pricing, you need to check this place out! It's been my "go to" spot for clothes since moving to the area, and I always bring friends/recommend it to people when they ask for spots to shop. It's well organized, with lots of stock and they have changing rooms so you can try before you buy. The customer service reps are wonderful, friendly and helpful, and I've even had good success selling my gently used items here for cash/store credit. Check it out- you won't be disappointed

I love this Clothes Mentor in Burnsville. Staff is super helpful and the owner greets you and always remembers you and says hi - even when they are super busy! My recent finds are a super cute, practically brand new Merrill lightweight jacket, Tiffany jewelry, Kate Spade bag, Ray Ban glasses, pants and Loft jacket all for just a little over $100 ~ score! I have not sold to them but they do give cash on spot. The amount of clothes, designer bags, shoes and bins of women’s items are always there and as a shopper I know I’ll find awesome unique fashions!

Shopping here was a great experience. One of the ladies working came around while I was shopping to take the clothes I was hanging onto to put them up for my to try on so I didn’t have to carry them around the store. The prices were very reasonable and I was happy with the items I was able to find.

Great store! I have shopped here many times over the last 6+ years because, a) they are still very fairly priced (even after paying donators), b) their store is very clean and organized, c) their manager and staff have always been friendly and helpful, even as employees come and go, d) their clothes are high quality, often NWT, and, if there is a stain/tear, they will discount the piece, e) they have lovely clothes from a variety of good brands that satisfy a wide range of ages (I often shop there with my mom), f) I love shopping second-hand, it's a fun, budget- and eco-friendly alternative to buying clothes new.

First time to clean out my closet for Cash!! Loved walking out with an affordable Coach bag!! So much to look at, not enough time! Next time I'll plan for a longer visit.

Great selection of gently used clothes, shoes, and accessories in the latest styles. I really appreciate the customer service as well. I haven't had much luck selling my used clothes but I understand that they have to be particular in order to maintain the quality and selection. I plan to return again seasonally!

I haven't sold clothes here as I wear mine until they fall apart. However, this is the only place I buy clothes as I can find either cheaper or better quality clothes than a regular retail store. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and I pop in about once a month, so perhaps the other reviewers caught them on a bad day. (I'm usually dressed like a hobo when I think to stop by) Would definitely recommend shopping there.

I'm not sure if it's the buyer here or the people bringing the clothes but, by far this Clothing Mentor location I have the best luck at finding things I love and will wear! I'm a plus size tall (6'2") woman and there's always more selection at this site vs. the other stores I've visited. KUDOS! I look forward for years to come.

The selection and prices of clothes and accessories are awesome. I also got incredible customer service. I asked for a certain section to be pointed out and I got walked over to it, even though the store was busy I was given that attention & time. If you sell clothes here, they are very honest about what they are looking for too, so that is good.

Hands down the best clothes mentor in Minnesota, I've been to almost all of them to buy AND sell. The staff are all amazing and really know how to treat a customer. I have taken designer items in to sell in on a few occasions and was offered extremely fair prices. Kimberly is so great, she really took the time to properly price out my items and on some of my more high end or lesser known brands she placed aside for the owner to take a look at the next day instead of just rejecting them. Which brings me to my next point, Karla, the owner is a top notch business woman. I brought her a few pairs of designer sunglasses, brands like Prada and Dior and she offered me more than any other place would because she dated enough to take the actual value into consideration. Everyone come on down to burnsville and shop at the clean, organized, well displayed and friendly clothes mentor location!!

This location of Clothes Mentor is one of my favorite stores to shop and sell clothing. The staff is always helpful and kind. They have a great selection of designer clothes and accessories. I stop in at least once a month to shop or sell clothes and I’m never disappointed.

I love many of the clothes mentor's but this one is my favorite. The staff here is AMAZING...always walking around, asking to help you hold clothes or help find what you need. The selection is great and store is clean and organized well! I love consignment shopping and second-hand and this is a great store to match your lifestyle.

The staff has always been very friendly. They are picky on what they take but I appreciate that since I shop there as well and I don't have to worry about the condition of the items there. They are always friendly and professional about the items they pass on. I highly recommend this store.

I go to this store every time I have some money to spend... I have never been disappointed. I love all the staff that work there, they are all very welcoming and helpful. I have used this Clothes Mentor for almost 3 years and will continue to shop there until it (unfortunately) closes or I (unfortunately) run out of money. Lol!

This place is SO cool! Super fun selection of clothes, shoes, boots, purses, & jewelry at affordable prices- especially if you shop their SALES! Super helpful staff! You'll even like the Sirrus station they have for music lol!
