Slumberland Furniture

We keep buying from Slumberland as they do not pressure us, have quality furniture, are easy to work with, and they do not waste our time showing us things we do not want. Fully assembled is the operative word! Lovely full service delivery. Everyone who helped us was very nice. Special thanks to Steve in Maple Grove!

We recently stopped by Slumberland in search of a new sectional for the basement. Sean greeted us shortly after entering the store. Sean shared the location of the sectional furniture and left us to browse through the multiple styles available. Later, Sean pointed out the options for designing the optimal layout for our room. We enjoyed working with Sean and look forward to receiving the furniture.

This was our third time back as we did a lot of shopping for mattresses and Nancy, Our sales person was awesome. We finally pulled the trigger and were very happy with the service and what we purchased.

I was having issues online and Nancy helped me, and I couldn’t have been more grateful I got her to work with because she was calm and kind , and educated me efficiently and easily digestible manner to make what I thought was going to be a stressful process, the exact opposite! Thank you Nancy and the Store Manager Steven for treating me with such quality and kind service admits my back and forth order changes and questions! I feel confident that with Nancy (and Steven!) @. Slumberland Maple Grove and will be returning for any future home furnishing needs! Thank you both again!!!

Sean is incredible. I went to slumberland 5 different times to make sure I found exactly what I wanted, and Sean was happy to help and was extremely helpful every time. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience great. The prices were decent as well

Store has many good displays and well keep. Salesman was friendly knowledgeable give us space, and never overbearing, and what he didn’t know he found out for right away give us more information then we certainly had before we walked in the door

Had some issues with the website. Things were not loading properly. Decided to go old school and call. Shawn/Sean in Maple Grove could not have been more helpful. He was resourceful in finding my needs in a timely way, made it simple, quite frankly, in a world where customer service post Covid is sketchy at best, you have someone good there. Grateful for his good customer service!

The sales rep was very personal good he earned his his commission this time I'll tell you she kept changing her mind three times on what she was getting but we finally got it settled and he was very pleasant about it

I was very impressed with Sean. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a chair. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the inventory in the store.

Sean warmly greeted us as we stepped into the furniture store. Politely, we informed him that we were only browsing, but after a few minutes, we found a couple of items that caught our interest. Sean was incredibly helpful in arranging the delivery and even provided us with his contact card, should we require any further assistance.

The following day, we had a change of heart regarding the color of the accent chair we had purchased, and we also wanted to add another item to our original order. Wanting to speak directly with Sean, I called the store and requested to be connected to him. True to form, he provided exceptional customer service, assisting us in placing the order and making the necessary changes. It was evident that Sean maintained a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the entire process, without showing any prejudice towards us as Asians. His attitude was commendable, and we appreciated his cool and accommodating nature.

My experience with Slumberland was, as always, excellent. I had done some comparison shopping and concluded that Slumberland offered me sofas that were just what I wanted at good sale prices. Nancy Larson was friendly, patient and helpful as we walked around to see all the possibilities, and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied.

Steve was a great salesman. After shopping around at multiple stores he was the one that made us feel comfortable. He gave us distance and provided information when asked. We were able to take our time and find the perfect living room set that suited our lifestyle. I would recommend him and this location to anyone.
