Jake was extremely helpful in getting us new phones. He guided us through every step of the process, without us ever having to step foot into the store. He also got us a better deal than any other sprint store could give us. The guys at MLW are willing to go out of their way to help out. These guys are amazing! They are able to find what you need specifically and it's really nice that they work with every carrier. From Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile to AT&T. They have also helped out with some of my business needs as well! Would recommend to anyone!

It is great to have people that you know to call when you have issues with your cell phone and/or cell phone plans, as well as internet. We have used Dan & Jake for assistance with the cell phones for our business as well as our internet and I just love that I can email or call them directly rather than having to deal with some unknown person at the large carriers. They have also managed to save us on our monthly bill - even after adding an additional line.

I noticed that all the other reviews are 4-6 years old, I don’t recognize any of the names in the other reviews. My experience last year was terrible. Leo is the salesman, and he lied about pricing and bad mouthed my carrier to get me to switch. I couldn’t get a straight answer from him about my bottom line, just a lot of smoke and mirrors about promotions and deals. The coverage I have now is inferior, I’m constantly having trouble connecting. He handed me off to Josh, the customer service person, who is very unresponsive and incompetent. I specifically asked to have my phones insured (I still have my notes from our conversation) but recently one phone was lost and it took me over two weeks to get a hold of him, only to find he didn’t bother getting them insured. Even though I’m paying more per month than what they quoted with insurance! All I got from him was “gee, that’s too bad, I guess you’ll have to buy a new phone now“. Yeah, Josh, you just cost me over a thousand dollars. Again, DO NOT USE MOBILE LINK IN BURNSVILLE!!!
I’m sure there are plenty of reputable phone reps around, but these guys are definitely not among them.
