Incredibly happy and thankful that I found this place! My screen was in need of repair asap as it is an employer laptop... important to mention that it is a Macbook. I went to three other shops in the area and was quoted an absurd rate by the hour, along with a list of other add on fees that I would be charged. I decided to check out one last place which was CB`s and was relieved to find a business that would give me an honest flat rate, with very little turn around time on the repair. Curtis is very friendly and was very informative, along with his Dad who was present when I brought it in. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and it was ready for pick up that Friday of the same week! I highly recommend this place and will be a loyal customer of theirs moving forward.

Fortunately we found this gem of a shop when I needed a repair to my android phone. I was expecting a large tab but was pleasantly surprised by an affordable price. The part was ordered, the repair was done and it's been a long time since I've had a service go so smoothly. Thank you Curtis, for taking the time to explain how the repair was done. So so awesome!! Curtis was so nice and helpful! Fixed the hinge on my laptop. Turns out I really just needed a screw. Didn't even charge me a minimum and was very insightful when I asked about other services. Please come here--we will definitely return. Very fair pricing and great customer service.

These are good people. They went out of their way to get a new battery installed in my Iphone SE. My wife is a semi invalid so having this phone operational with minimal downtime was very important to me. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them unequivocally.

Stopped in as I was passing by to have my USBc port cleaned out on my cell phone. It was gunked up enough that a wired charger no longer fit in the port. 5 minutes later, good as new. Good people inside. 10/10 recommended

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was visiting Michigan for the weekend and was recommended this place by a friend. Sent my computer a few days before and then brought my phone in when I went to pick it up. Both are over 5 years old and both now work like new! Extremely reasonable prices and wonderful customer service. Even mailing things from New York if way more worth it than dealing with Apple and buying new products once a year! Will be returning, very happy customer!

My laptop became noisy and would shut down because it would overheat because of my cooling fan. I was not happy when Best Buy told me that it would take 1 week to replace it.
I heard how reputable CB's Computer and Electronic Repair was and decided to give them my business instead. They installed my laptop's cooling fan within 1 day, cleaned the inside of my laptop, and even took it upon themselves to clean the keyboard which made it look good as new. All within a reasonable price. I'm very please with this computer repair service and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Left my laptop for a few days to get the screen replaced and when I got it back, all the dust and crumbs under my keyboard was gone! I was gonna save that for dinner later but it was nice of them to clean that for me 😉 On a real note, I appreciate a business that is transparent about the issue at hand and how long it will take to fix and why. The fine gentlemen at CB's computers were friendly and very helpful. They did a screen repair on my daughters laptop. It was done within a reasonable time frame and they did a great job. I would recommend them to my friends.

I took my mom's computer to Benchtech and they were great. She had a couple of issues with her desktop and they were all addressed. Ben is very efficient and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back to him if I have ever have problems in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs computer work.

Very smart and helpful guys. When I was having trouble with my laptop, I stopped in & talked with them about it. They had me bring it in, was a 5 second fix & they didn't charge me for it. When the phone company wired my home for internet, the tech didn't install a long enough cord to the modem to reach the desktop & I was having trouble getting the wifi to work on the desktop. The tech ran the wire to my bedroom and put the modem on my dresser, a good 17 feet away from where it needed to be. The phone company told me it would cost me over $100 to come out & rewire my home. I talked to Curtis & he told me how to solve that problem myself by installing an adapter on the desktop for a LOT less $$$. I bought the adapter from CB's & this single mom was a happy camper. I've returned several times since then for help with other computer issues & have had superb service every time. My daughter took her Kindle to them to have the screen replaced & the repair cost was very reasonable. Her Kindle was ready in a couple days. Fantastic service, great prices; excellent quality work, friendly, knowledgeable. CB's is wonderful.

And then I walked into C b's computer store and I will never go anywhere else again...
They are a local business And I highly recommend them. Also no $45 deposit required..
They also fixed my issue in a professional timely manner

It’s difficult to find an independent service shop to work on a Mac, yet here it is. CB is knowledgeable, honest and provides quick turnaround at a very fair price. 10/10 - highly recommend !!

The staff was very knowledgeable and the repair was fast and reasonably priced. A few services were attempted but I was only charged for the service that ultimately solved the issue with my laptop. Curtis, in my opinion, is a very honest and trustworthy businessman/ computer guru.

Curtis was polite and explained his knowledge behind any questions I had pertaining my malfunctioning hard drive on my macbook pro. He explained what to expect and what the next steps will be and successfully solved my problem. Definitely recommend for electronic repair.

How many times to you get your computer repaired (when your tech savvy buddy can't fix it) If your like me, you start looking around. Cost, distance and dependability, well that's what you hope you find.

Benchtech, cool name, no shop, just a guy and his business. Took a chance, brought over my desktop, I tried for weeks, friends tried for days, he took it, worked on it, and when he didn't think he could find the problem, offered to return it to me "no charge" He did recommend a new part. I had him get the part and install it, computer is running great. Cost was reasonable, and he followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I brought him my laptop, he fixed that too. When I find myself unsure, I look to resent reviews, of course you don't know me, but for what it's worth, if and when I have a computer problem, I won't hesitate to take it back to him.

I brought my desktop in yesterday and then found my back up laptop was not working and took that in too. He contacted me the same day and we decided the laptop was disposable. He had my desktop ready today and we picked it up and a different laptop was purchased. I had a problem after I got my desktop home and we worked and got the issue resolved. He was wonderful, gave us a great deal on a different laptop. I would recommend him to anyone that asked.
