Nice staff, clean restrooms, and never really busy.

Wonderful place and loving people great with kids

The staff have been extremely helpful ever since I started going to this library.
I had some fines put on my account by other library. The system automatically did it. The director as soon as he saw that the fines were ridiculous, he quickly called them and cancelled those fines.

When you go frequently as I do, you see that these folks are megabusy almost all the time, which makes me feel almost guilty for bothering them with a question or book. As for their wear, I could care less what they are wearing. Nose ring? It's not like that person is specifically wearing it to gross you out. They like it so what? Also, they have a rather impressive collection of manga and comic books.

I love the Southgate library! Especially all the household items that can be borrowed. The library is a gem in Southgate! If you haven't been in a while you should go!

I just moved to the area not too long ago and have been going here for several months multiple times a week. Idk what people are talking about when they say the staff is unfriendly. Everyone there is always pleasant and willing to help. Its a good library and you guys do great, thanks.

Everyone is very helpful and nice. It's very spacious. There's a table & chairs for ready magazines, and also another in. A lot of good movies and books are waiting!

Very good experience. I had to get a new library card and Emily, the library assistant, was most helpful. She is such a delight and an asset to the library!

Always very friendly staff, everyone always wears masks properly, and is very kind. Very appreciated, as we are a homeschool family and I'm immunocompromised. Thank you Southgate Library :)

I visit the library often and find the staff friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The library offers some interesting & entertaining special events.

Fresh and clean. I am only disappointed that the library of my past is gone. You don't have to whisper anymore. It's not a quiet place.

Southgate Library is closed due to the Coronavirus but there's no it's in the door Baisley saying you can still fly for books if need be
