Amazing! They did such a great job doing the strawberry theme for our baby shower. We received tons of compliments. We will absolutely order from here again!

We’ve had two cakes made here for our youngest son and they were both absolutely amazing! One was Sonic the Hedgehog and this year was the Solar System! The cake came with stress ball planets and information cards that he can play with. So cool!! We also had Solar system cookies made for his class at school and they were beautiful! Very talented & realistic looking and colorful. He was so excited! Also very delicious. Very pleased! Thank you!

Serendipity is the place to go!!! I have personally ordered many cakes from here. Always beautiful and always super yummy!

Also, Tammy is AMAZING! She, very graciously, fixed a cake the day of my event that was messed up by another bakery. I will never make the mistake of using a different bakery ever again. Serendipity will ALWAYS be my first choice!

Amazing!! My grandma brought these all the way from downriver Michigan to Alabama for my daughters 2nd birthday! My grandma had a great customer service expirence and these cookies were amazing! So beautifully decorated and also tasted great! Would higly recommend! The details in these cookies blew me away and looked like they were made with love. Everyone at the party loved them. Thanks so much!!

We ordered desserts for my daughters graduation party and I was so surprised with how much detail and thought that was put into the desserts. They captured all of my daughters interests, like drama and choir. Everything was so beautiful! I couldn't get over the cookies and how adorable they were, so perfect! I will definitely use this bakery again and would recommend them to others to use!

I originally went in to book cupcakes for my March wedding, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wedding dessert bundles that Tammie offered. We ended up booking a bundle with cake pops, chocolate covered Pretzels, decorated cookies, chocolate covered rice krispie treats and a small cake for my husband and I. Everyone loved the dessert table and I keep getting compliments when I see someone. Tammie and her team are wonderful to work with and they set everything up beautifully. She offers a lot of different options and flavors. She truly has something everyone will love. You won't be disappointed.

If I could rate this establishment with more than a measly 5 stars, I would. My co-workers recently ordered a birthday cake for me, but left a lot open as for its design, etc., but nonetheless, Serendipity came thru! The result was one the BEST birthday cakes I've EVER had! EVERYTHING abt it was absolutely perfect! I almost didn't want to eat it bc it was truly a work of art! One of my greatest birthdays ever! I've seen wedding cakes elsewhere that cost hundreds of dollars that didn't have the degree of quality, creativity, detail, and craftsmanship that went into a simple birthday cake, I can't imagine how elaborately and beautifully actual wedding/ special occasion cakes here are made. Mind blown. Thank you for helping to make a birthday that much more special, Serendipity Cakery!

Great experience. Needed a last minute smash cake for my son and they were super nice and helpful. I ended up having them do another cake for his birthday party the following weekend and it was amazing! Britini was super responsive and made everything super easy for me.

I ordered a cake for my daughter back in January for her 5th birthday. The staff here did a phenomenal job with her cake!! I highly recommend Serendipity for any sweets!!!! It was so delicious, the icing was amazing and the look of the cake was beautiful!! Thank you all for making this wonderful cake! I will definitely be returning for more sweets in the future!!!

This place is so awesome with so many creative treats. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can tell they work hard on their creations. Their banana pudding ice cream is some of the best ice cream I've ever tried! This is a place that we love coming to support. Such a nice place.

I placed a somewhat large order in a classic Winnie the Pooh theme. My inspo photos were just images I found from google that I thought looked really nice. When I picked up my order, the finished product was 100x better than the photos and better than what I could have ever asked for. I had ordered cake pops, chocolate covered Oreos, rice krispy treats & cookies. Every item was detailed to perfection. These desserts were the talk of the party and everyone wanted to know what bakery we had used. Oh & everything was DELICIOUS! I couldn’t thank you guys enough! You guys took an image and made it better than I could of imagined. Thank you. And on top of their art and baking skills, the customer service is phenomenal. If you message them on Facebook, they respond super quick. In store, they’re always smiling and happy to help. You guys are awesome, thank you!

Serendipity went above and beyond to create the most adorable Encanto birthday bundle for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Tammie provided exceptional customer service from taking my order, listening to what I was looking for, and then showing me each of the items upon pickup. I had a vision in my head and everything far exceeded what I was hoping for. I had been looking for a new bakers for my children’s birthdays, and this is the place! You now have a customer for life, thank you!!!!

We ordered the party bundle for my daughter’s first birthday party, absolutely amazing!! This did not disappoint, everyone at the party raved about everything! We will be ordering again for my other daughters birthday forsure!!

This is the second time we have had our grad party cake and deserts handled by Tammy and her crew. On both occasions figurines were created and each one turned out fabulous. I would recommend serendipity for parties and other occasions they are very professional and are easy to work with.

Ordered my youngest daughter's cake from here a a week ago. It was so adorable and delicious that I just ordered two more for my grandson and my other granddaughter for next month. The owner is awesome. Everyone I talked to is awesome.

I got my wedding cake here & Everything tasted soo good! I love this bakery and will get all my future cakes and treats from here. The set up was so pretty and all my guests were impressed with the taste and display. Great place!

We got a small cake to cut and then 10+ flavors of the Cake Drops for our wedding in June and it was absolutely perfect! Serendipity set everything up for us at the venue in a beautiful display, and they decorated the cake to match the sunflower theme. Every single flavor was delicious, our guests haven't stopped talking about them. I highly recommend Serendipity!

Got my mom's 55th birthday cake here and it was beautiful and imaginative. I told them the theme of the party and let them do their thing and the cakes were gorgeous and there were lot's of little intricate details. The people who work there are kind and patient. 10/10 would recommend.

Serendipity provided dessert for one of our events at work and it was a HUGE success. We received so many compliments on the cookies and cupcakes, not only were they super cute, they were delicious.

We also bought Lions cookies for an upcoming event and can't wait to use them again.

We placed an order for a baby shower we hosted in Chicago. Dipped pretzels, dipped marshmallows, dipped potato chips, dipped rice krispie treats & cake drops. Everything was beautiful & the taste was divine! The packaging was great & perfect for the sweet table & for party favors. All the guests raved about the delicious sweets from Michigan.
