Play It Again Sports Blaine

I am a ten year old girl playing fast-pitch softball this year. I went to Play it again sports in Blaine to get stuff for my season. Jenna helped me and my grandma find the items I needed and she did a really good job helping us find what we needed. Then Jenna even gave me a face mask of her own that she wasn't using anymore - for free! Thanks for all the great help. We will be back!

They were very nice with our service and helping me find my size of skates and skate guards if you want to buy or sell some gear I would 100% recommend this place to everyone that comes to Blane

stopped in to grab some golf head covers and received superb service from start to finish. walked me over to the bin and also took time to answer my questions. their prices are very reasonable and they have a decent selection. definitely will be back for my golfing needs.

Bought ice skates for my child. The service was so great. It's incredible how bad service has gotten everywhere, but it was very nice to walk in and get greeted in a genuine, friendly way.

The associate assisted me a handful of times, gave advice/thoughts/opinions which I trusted.

My only feedback - There was another guy working, who was new (he said so). He struggled with processing my payment, and said a few things along the lines of "uhh, I like have no idea what's happening"... Didn't know how to print a receipt... Not a big deal, we're all new at some point. But maybe have someone shadow so he can learn quicker and not alienate the customer experience.

Today was my second time coming into this location for hockey gear for my son. The staff are always so welcoming the minute you walk through the door. Staff are extremely helpful and informative when searching for the right gear as their is a lot to choose from! Thank you for helping us find the right skates for my son!

Here all the time. Pretty good hockey selection most of the time for youth/junior goalies.

Ahmad was so helpful & went above and beyond to help us get back credits from previous purchases! Excellent customer service from all the employees who did great problem solving to work those archaic purchasing and receipt systems!

We went in search of roller skates 🛼 but left with a skateboard. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't hover which is wonderful. Will definitely return some day !

The staff at this Blaine location was incredibly helpful to me yesterday. I’m in the middle of quarantining so my family can spend time with my at-risk (to COVID) parents later this week, so we are being very conservative and cautious about COVID-19 exposure. I worked with 3 different members of the staff, and they all bent over backwards to make sure that I was able to buy the cross-country ski equipment I needed without going into the store. They listened so kindly to me describe what I needed, found the items in the in-store inventory, confirmed compatibility, and helped me arrange a contact-free purchase. It was a very positive and refreshing experience, both because of their equipment expertise and willingness to be flexible even during a busy time for the store. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Prices are ok on new stuff. Fair on used stuff. Good selection of equipment and friendly employees. The woman that helped me was helpful and very nice. :)

Whoever is responsible for hiring and training of the staff here has done a terrific job. The staff went above and beyond trying to help me solve my need. Cheerful, dedicated, problem solving, courteous, attentive! A nice selection of hockey and ski equipment. And if it wasn't on the floor, ask, they just might have it in the storeroom.

I missed the return/exchange deadline due to a car accident. I called and spoke to Paul on Saturday and he told me when I came in Sunday to talk to Jeff and they would help me out. They exchanged my skis and boots for full credit and found me a set that was easier for me to deal with (a little more $, but well worth it). Thanks guys! Now, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! I will be back!
