Mainstream Boutique

By far the best experience I've had in a boutique. I was greeted right away with an enthusiastic hello. I just went in to check out what styles were in, and instead of pressuring me into trying on everything, like most boutiques, Robin asked me about my hobbies and chose the best styles that fit into my lifestyle. It's easy to see that she enjoys what she does. I absolutely love these clothes i purchased and feel so good wearing them. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I went to Mainstream Boutique last week and I was very surprised at the selection of really cute clothes they had for any occasion. I was looking for something in particular and I found several things that I just had to have. The owners name is Robin and she made me feel like I was an important returning customer. She was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Mainstream Boutique to anyone who is looking for the hottest trends to look your best. I will definitely shop there again. BTW, I got a lot of compliments on one of the outfits that I wore over the weekend. Thanks again Robin!

The staff, selections and experience at Mainstream Boutique Blaine are simply amazing! The women working the store are always extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting beautiful fashions for my wife and daughter. The store is always vibrant with beautifully displayed clothing and jewelry and a vast inventory. The Belle Via line of jewelry, in particular, is gorgeous and pairs so well with many of the clothes. Always a fun experience!

I love shopping all the Mainstream's but Blaine is my favorite! The clothes are cute and trendy but not over the top. The sales people are fun and friendly and what I appreciate the most is the honest yet kind feedback on what looks good on me. I came in wanting a certain brand of jeans they carry and the owner suggested I try on a pair that were on the clearance rack! They are now my favorite jeans! I love how it's not all about the sale but having customers walk out feeling good about themselves!

I went home today with two very hot outfits. Robin is an amazing stylist/ she showed me some amazing fashion tips. What a great person with an amazing personality. Robin has won my confidence and my continued business. Thanks, Robin you made my day.

They have really cute unique clothes. The owner is really fun and funny, and she really knows how to help you pick out outfits that look great for your body type. I always get tons of compliments when I wear clothes that I bought at this store!!!

I absolutley love this store! Its nice to have a go to place that has clothes for all occasions. Whether is clothes for work, casual clothes for the weekend, fancy for dates, or going to the beach! Everytime i walk in im greeted by all workers which is a nice change from going to the mall and trying to find someone to help me. Very professional with great style suggestions!!

I looked at at least 12 items and only one of them came in a Large. Nearly no inventory bigger than Medium. There were no other customers in the shop while I was there, but the sales person never even said "Hello". What a shame. There were some cute styles, but nothing about that experience will bring me back.

I was very disappointed in the lack of tact by Robin at the store. She requested to meet my 17 year old daughter about employment for the fall. There was never a formal interview set up. About three weeks after the request we we showed up in July and my daughter introduced herself. Robin somewhat brushed us off until her only customer left. She asked if we had shopped there and I responded we had recently saw the store and this was our first stop in. She then told my daughter she would be hiring within the next month, but would never hire her because she didn't show up for weeks. Then told her she should "take that with her". My daughter has retail clothing experience and stood there completely humiliated since no formal interview was set up. I have never been so appalled by the lack of character or grace and unwarranted treatment of my daughter. We then left the store. I have been in customer service in many levels including supervisory positions for over 25 years. I would never return to shop in that store for the treatment she showed to a potential employee or customer. We have lived in the new developments of Blaine for three years and have been eager for new stores and boutiques. Obviously we have been very disappointed.
