Jason Borregard from Clients First Realtors is the real deal. I would highly recommend Jason to family and friends. When selling my property, he came to the table with comprehensive market analysis. This insight made me very confident with the pricing and I knew I was in good hands. Jason was nothing but polite and professional throughout the process. He was always high responsive as well. Karen Williams was the best , there was no over selling, she had done her research and knew exactly what we should put the house on the market for. The photos taken of the house were the best. We ended up selling the house in three days after it listed and for $16000 over asking price. They handled all the title work and the sale went off without a hitch . We had to move away from Canton due to my declining health. When we first put our house on the market with Clients First I was hopeful to get a sale within 50 days. The open house viewing became two offers the first day, Clients First got closure on the first offer for 10k more than we expected and stayed in the process to support the sale of our house - on April 5, we are located in our condo and leave Canton with only memories. Client First made this happen on time and I feel that both parties are completely happy, with the results.
