Whoever answered the phone today was very rude to me and she ended up hanging up on me. Just because i told her i wanted to canceled my policy. Most of the people are usually really nice. But this lady was not nice at all.

So instead of canceling I transfer my policy to another State Farm agent. Just because she was rude and hung up on me.

Jean is very nice and professional at this location.

Was once a 10+ year customer of the Early family and State Farm until I found out I had been driving without insurance for 5 months. Had autopay, a payment did not got through and I received NO notifications. Not a single phone call from a company I had done business with for over 10 years without missing a single payment. Mistakes happen but I can not deal with ineptitude on something as important as auto and home owners insurance. Moved to Farmer's Insurance, better rate and better service.
