Sheldon Medical Supply

I have been a long time customer of Sheldon medical supplies. And all my services always been good. But I was in there today and I was helped by Annie and I apologize I don't remember the other girl's name. But both of them are fairly new. And the service I got today was the best I probably ever gotten. They found things that I didn't even know I was entitled to and they helped me figure out things I didn't know how to use cuz I never been told. Thanks again Annie and the other girl I'm sorry I don't remember your name I'll catch it next time.

They are the best around. They truly care about your comfort and your satisfaction with product and service. I will not do business with anyone else.

Coming from a medical office they are excellent and have great customer service.

Terrible service. Promised delivery on Thursday, delivered half of our order in Friday. Item was on back order. Told us they would deliver the rest on Monday. I called them early in the day on Monday, they assured me it would be fine, but refuses to give me an ETA. The best they could give me is that it probably wouldn't be after six, which is after their hours. Waited until eight. Called them up and spoke to their emergency line and got in touch with the driver who told me what probably happened was they couldn't get ahold of me for delivery. I had been watching my phone all day. No missed calls from Sheldon and we are SOL until tomorrow. Told me to call in the morning. So, you know, the cycle can continue. If you want reliable service don't go to Sheldon.

This medical supply had one of my doctors change one of my appointments behind my back. This is uncalled for and way overstepping their authority.
