Definitely 5 Star - purchased my bicycle from Sweet Bikes several years ago - I try to take it in regularly for a spa day - new tires and spa week have it like new - if you are looking for a new bicycle or maintenance for your current bike, this IS the shop to go to. Superb service and Exceptional owners/ staff. My go to shop!

Went in to just check the place out after being recommended to them. Have to say it was a great experience overall. So much so I went back home and got both bikes to get them serviced. The had everything done in a timely manner and staff was friendly. I will definitely be back!!!

The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. I have bought my mountain bike from here. I’m extremely happy with it. I just dropped off two more bikes for tune ups. I know they will be great when I get them back. Highly recommend Sweet Bikes!

We stumbled upon this amazing shop and seen the Tuesday Bike sitting outside. They were about to close, but they were SO KIND, PATIENT and FRIENDLY, that they let us go on Several Test rides before we purchased it. We ended up getting Two Bikes 🚴 and rode home happy! I’ll definitely be back.

Great shop. These guys handled my Canondale MTB delivery like pros. Adjusted all my controls after a quick ride in the lot. And gave me a discount on some add ons I got the day I picked up the bike.

I’ve bought multiple bikes and have had multiple services done here. Seth is great at getting everything you need without trying to upsell to things you don’t. Very knowledgeable in both parts and accessories. Service and new bike prep is fast. Pricing on in stock and special order items is excellent. The shop is usually very busy, but Seth always takes time to personally assist. From first time budget buyers to pro level builds.

I came in today for a brake handle and Seth was able to locate what we needed for my son's bike. We will be back for future bike/service needs. Thank you.

We had such a great experience here! Our son picked out a great bike, we got the training wheels and bike put together and we left with it in less than an hour. They also fitted him for a new helmet. The prices are great, and the owners are super friendly. They were very interactive with my son. We were suppose to shop around but loved the bike and vibes right away we decided to get the bike right then! I recommend! Thanks again!

1st time using Sweet Bikes. I haven't rode my bike in years. Took it in for a tune-up. Ended up needing a gear replaced. They replaced the gear and tuned the bike up. Picked it up, and Emily was extremely helpful with all my questions and even showed me how to remove the front wheel and put it into my pickup truck, probably. Would highly recommend them. If there were anything I could say to improve the customer service even more would be to wipe down or even wash the bikes for your customers before returning them. But I'm still extremely happy. Thank you!!! 👍🚲

We took two mountain bikes to Sweet Bikes for a much needed spring tune-up. The turnaround time was faster than expected, and the price was reasonable.

The guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. Next year when I’m ready for a new bike Sweet Bikes will be my first and only stop.

Great bike shop! We get all of our repairs done here. They are experts. Very quick and reasonable. Also, a great place for bike gear and new bikes.

Couldn’t ask for a better bike shop. Went in with a bent rim, Sweet Bikes analyzed the problem, came up with a solution, customer walked out with a new rim and ready to ride. Extremely professional with great customer service. Highly recommend.

Seth saved me about $45.00. My toes were going numb because my seat was angled too far down causing my circulation to be restricted and I did not think the seat was adjustable. I was going to buy a "Fat Seat". He showed me how to adjust it, at no charge, did it for me. Wow! What a difference. I then bought a mirror, a stem riser to raise the handle bars, a set of handle bar grips all installed for no labor charge. I was able to go another five miles on my ride. Nice store. Fast service. You got to go there!!! Warne.

Took my bike here and Seth knocked the build out of the park. Very easy to work with and takes care of you. Really makes sure the customer is satisfied! I would rate 6 stars if I could. This place rocks!

Seth was incredibly helpful in choosing a new gravel bike. He spent a few hours with me in the several visits I made to his shop surrounding this purchase. His enthusiasm for biking is great and he really listened to my needs. There was no pressure to rush a decision.

I have a lower end schwinn road bike that I got from a target in 2007. It’s lasted me a long time but definitely needed some work done. Sweet replaced my back tire and did a full tune-up for a reasonable price in less than a weeks time. It rides like a brand new bike. Thanks!

Did a great job! Took in two bikes got one back to next day. The other needs more work. I knew that when i dropped it off. Reasonable rates.
