GOOD HUMANS STILL EXIST 👏🏻 Jay Zaitona simply went above and beyond getting my phone back to me. From not accepting payment to overnight ship this to me, to even charging it so I could track it on FindMy, he lived up to his words he said on the phone to me of "I truly believe good karma comes back to those who give it - just do something in my honor."

He loves what he does at the destination linked above, and lucky for him, I love a good roadside retail, so I guess I'll be indebted to them for life 😉

Worst staff ever. I had to stop here because of low air in a tire. First, I had to buy a tire pressure guage as the did not have one for customer use. This is excusable. However, in buying the guage the clerk failed to give me notice that the air machine was out of service, despite the fact that he knew it was out of service and not marked as such. Then when I asked for a refund of the dollar I wasted, they said I would have to call back and ask for the manager. Complete bush league nonsense. I drive by this place all the time but in light of this experience I will never stop on again and suggest that anyone in the area do the same. I know this review is petty but found the utter lack of care for their customers truly indefensible.

I avoid this place because the pumps rarely provide you a receipt. I occasionally forget and it never fails I have to go inside. If you need a receipt avoid this place line the plague

Owner or worker behind counter insanely rude. Overpriced expired snacks. 10/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. Gas is over priced too. You are better off running out of gas, then going here and giving them any buisness. They wont be around much longer with how they conduct business.

I came into this location on July 23rd around 6:15 pm I went to the register to purchase a few items and what I over heard one of your employees saying will be the reason I never return ...as I was paying for my things one of your employees Gina made the comment “ All black people cause problems “ to another male employee...I found that to be very disrespectful and offensive . I can’t believe in 2019 there are still people working with the public that make comments like this ...I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! I sure I was not the only customer to hear this !

Poor customer service and there is no support from company’s website (more like a website designed by a kid for a class project) to contact anyone if a problem arises. For instance the company is based off of the loyalty reward program but the guy working there tells me upon buying all of these promotional snacks for a discount on my gas that my loyalty card cannot be used because the stores internet was down and it happens quite often. Also noted that a lottery machine works off the internet and that same machine was working just fine so it wasn’t really a problem with the internet more so the guy just didn’t know how to cancel the transaction and redo the process to see if something was just done incorrectly the 1st time ( which falls back on hiring a person that barely understands English in the 1st place). I also work in the area so this location was convenient but I will no longer patronize this store.

Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is always upset at the crack of dawn. Yelled at me because one of his pumps wasn’t working and I moved to another and asked him to switch the change to that pump. He started snapping his fingers and clapping for me to get out because I guess switching the change to another pump was so much of a hassle. He then preceded to tell me to go back to my area referencing African American skin color. I’ve lived over here for years. I usually come here every morning before work. He’s always upset with me & I never entertain it but, now I know why.

The customer service here is by far the worst I've ever experienced at any gas station. They're extremely rude, they speak a different language in front of customers almost like they're talking bad about them. I will not be going back to this USA 2 Go and will keep it a one-star it's under new management. Absolute trash of a gas station.

Very bad customer service!! They charged my debit card twice!! The manager said he’s not going to me a refund back! She got in my face and was yelling at me arguing with me! He was very rude and unprofessional his name was something like Quad or Quard! The lady at the register was very rude also. Please don’t go there they will charge your credit double the amount. They talk to you any kind of way! They need to be closed down. I don’t even want to give this company not even one star. They deserve zero!!!!!!!!!!!!
They treat there customers like dogs they talk to you any kind of way. Now I have to dispute my charge with my bank! I will never go back there and I’ll tell everyone not to go get gas there also!!!

Horrible management. The manager Fawad is very rude. He was offended and yelled at me when I couldn't hear him through his mask. I'm deaf......and when I told him he doesn't believe me even when I showed him my hearing aids...... These mass make it very hard for the deaf community........and now he just refuses to serve me lol.... Really? Took a lot not to hop over the counter on this guy
