AT&T Store

Chris Evans was absolutely amazing. He helped me with all my needs and was very patient with me. Need more works like him in the work force.

Had to come on a bit of an emergency as I need my phone to be able to clock in for work, and not only did Caitlyn do great having to juggle me and two other customers and still make it a decent experience but the manager Des was super accommodating, as a new customer, would recommend

I ported my parents over to our AT&T business account from Verizon today. I live in Missouri - they're in Michigan. I called your store an spoke a very nice young lady to give her a heads up that I'd need to send my mom in with both her and my Dad's phones for a SIM swap. I didn't catch her name - but you have a GEM working for you! I am so thankful for her kindness and quick assistance. Mom and Dad are back up and running on the BEST Cellular Network! I've been very well taken care of at this store. They aren't usually too busy, and make sure to do everything they can to help solve technical issues. Chris Monroe has been great, spent an hour fixing account and answering my questions. The store is clean and open. I'll continue taking my business here!

Caitlin really helped us by tracking down an apple watch for our daughter and even went as far as calling another store to see if it was in stock and had them hold it for us! Really appreciate her help and great service!

Could not have been happier with all the help we got from Caitlyn and Darius! They helped my sister and I each get all set up with our new iPhone 13 pro max phones and transfer all of our old phone contents, etc. They are so friendly and professional and helped with all of our questions and helped us get the best deals on our plans.

Chris did a phenomenal job servicing me on 2/25/20. He went over and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He even stayed past the store closing time to make I was taking care of. I really appreciate how he went the extra mile for me. I would give more stars if possible. I would definitely return if needed and refer my family and friends to this AT&T location.

The staff was fantastic and super helpful! They gave me great service and made sure I got the best deal. They are absolutely fantastic! The staff and store at STATE road in Saginaw Michigan is the best AT&T store I've been to--and I've been a customer of AT&T for more than a decade!

Nick was the absolute best! Made us feel welcome and reaffirmed my faith in AT&T! He spent a bunch of time with us finding the right plan and right phones for us! He helped me pack up my damaged phone, setup a new phone, get my girlfriend a new phone, and was so polite and enthusiastic the whole time. Little did we know it was even his birthday and we stayed right up until close and never rushed us or got annoyed with how long we took for everything! Thank you for everything Nick!

was a verizon customer for years and have not had the customer service i think i deserve. decided to go to At&t and was VERY HAPPY with the customer service. everyone was very friendly and only wanted to make my experience the best! Darius was incredible! i am so happy that i changed over to AT&T!

Desmond assisted me to replace my old
iPhone 7 with this new phone..which I like
very much.

This AT&T store is the only one I use in Saginaw,
as the service is excellent! Desmond
was always willing help me with my previous
iPhone 7 .

And now Desmond is helpful in teaching me how to use my newly-purchased iPhone 8...fully.
Indeed.. I have made several trips back

Going into a wireless store like AT&T is normally stressful. You are worried it will take forever, it’s expensive and what if you get someone who isn’t helpful. Monday night I visited the store and had an awesome experience all thanks to Nick. He was helpful, had an awesome personality, professional and knowledgeable. I truly have never had a better experience at an AT&T store. Thanks Nick,

Darius was super helpful in the store! Whoever he was on the phone with when trying to get our bill sorted out was liquid garbage because it took THREE HOURS but the in store service was fantastic, and Darius was committed to serving us and squaring everything away! Super satisfied!!! No regrets switching from Sprint and their awful customer and cell service!!! Hooray!!!!!!!!!

Darius is hands down the most helpful At&t employee. I called the 1800 number 5x today and was given incorrect information. After driving to 3 different places to try and return equipment he finally pointed me in the right direction. THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a great experience here at this store location. Chris and Nick were both very welcoming and helpful. Explained all details needed very well and took good car if my husband and I while we were there. I will Definantly be returning!

Switched over to AT&T from sprint because we were unhappy with services. Darius was very helpful with the switch over. Love going to him for help so highly recommended going to this store and dealing with all the friendly staff.
