Probably the best experience in a phone store I've ever had. Jordan was fantastic! Ariel even stepped in to help too. What a great team in this store. Felt like I could hang out personally with these guys. Thanks so much.

I broke my phone and needed to upgrade. Kolton, I think that was his name, helped me. He did a great job and I was there for less than a half hour. I love my new phone already!

I went with my family this past weekend because we were absolutely tired of paying ridiculous amounts of money to AT&T. Bo and Jordan were amazing and able to answer all of our questions about our phones. We were there for quite a long time on Saturday. They were hilarious, polite and their customer service was an A+++. I didn’t feel like they were just going through the motions. Both were knowledgeable about the services and how to help. I was able to upgrade to a new iPhone, which I wasn’t even planning on doing when I walked in. They, also, were able to get me internet service at my house. Which up until this point I was unable to have. I was ABSOLUTELY through the roof when they said it was a possibility and Jordan walked me through the process in the store and all I had to do was hook it up at home. I have had no connection issues at all, either. After my new iPhone came in mail, I brought it, my new phone case and screen protector all into the store and Alexis was able to get me set up and ready to go on it. She was very nice and has a great attitude. I even watched her deal with a not so nice customer with poise and grace the whole time. The three different times I’ve been in this location this past week have thoroughly impressed me with the services provided. My family is still talking about the fantastic service we were given. We ALL very much appreciated the whole experience.

Everyone here that I spoke to was as helpful as possible and did their part in trying to help me figure our my phone issue. The people over at at&t all kept telling me different things and each was wrong which led to me being fully locked out of my device. Jordan, Bo, Alexis, and another young man I am unfortunately forgetting the name of, were all extremely helpful and were able to show me that my device was in fact fully locked onto at&t network and unable to switch over. Although I had to buy a whole new phone, it was okay because it was not their fault at all, it was the people at at&t. Furthermore, Jordan went above and beyond and went as far as to drive his own car on his own time to bay city early this morning before coming into work in Midland due to the fact that the midland store did not have the phone I needed in stock. He picked it up and got in contact with me over an hour earlier than he said he would too. And they were very busy today as well, so I appreciate it immensely. If he hadn't done this I would've lost clients at work, not been able to work in general until a new phone shipped in.

Thank you guys so much for everything! All were patient and kind, even after having to deal with a family member on my side who has made this process extremely difficult. Thanks so much guys 😊 now, back to catching up on 4 days of work lost 🥲😂

Stopped in to change carriers and received the best customer service we could have asked for. Not only was the service great, but while dealing with an issue from the previous carrier, the representatives and my family had fantastic conversation, making the resolution less painful. Definitely recommend this location!

BY FAR the best experience my family and I have ever had going to a phone store. We were assisted by Bo and Jordan both of whom are assistant managers of the store. These amazing guys were able to get us out of a contract with AT&T (and pay off a brand new phone) all while literally cutting our phone bill down to 1/3 of what we have paid for years.. our family has been AT&T customers for over 40 years (parents the us for the past 15 years) and AT&T can't even compete with the deals T-Mobile is offering nor did they even really try. Why pay almost $150 per line when T-Mobile will get you the same service for less than 1/3 of the price. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BO AND JORDAN THANK YOU!!

Came in to switch my straight talk phones to t-mobile.
Bo was very user friendly and knowledgeable.
He told us about all the current sales promotions, and we decided to get new 5g phones.
Everything was running smoothly until he wanted to transfer out existing telephone numbers to the new phones.
My straight-talk phones had an additional security measure which blocked all attempts through normal processes.
It took hours to work through it but Bo got it done ....even though the store had closed.

I am a woman in my 70’s that updated My I phone a couple of days a go. To my disappointment the young woman who helped me did not transfer all my info. I
unfortunately was in need of my email while in my car, and to my disappointment I found that it was still hooked up to my old phone that I had traded in. When I returned to the store, a young man by the name of Colton listened to my situation and with much determination he was able to up date my phone and provide some added assistance about the new features on my new I phone. The original person did none of that. Again I would love to emphasize Colton ‘s willingness and professionalism in helping me with this unfortunate situation. I do feel that the young woman who actually got credit for my sale should share her commission with Colton.Thankfully, a happy customer because of Colton.

Bo and Jordan are great. They helped me get a new phone, fully restored with all of my content in it, after mine sank to the bottom of a lake. I showed up clueless and empty handed and they made this process easy, they are the best!

Alexis took care of my daughter and I in upgrading her phone, so I went back a week later to upgrade my wife's and my phones. Great service from Alexis on every visit. She even found an extra additional promo for free (reimbursed) ear buds for each of us.

This location has a small town feel and is definitely one I recommend.
Not only do they understand what it means to talk to a customer, they always listen first, before making decisions!

They will always do what they can to solve a situation, albeit, company policies preventing them from doing so occasionally.

I recently was inside the location when a very nasty customer entered the location after buying his phone online. He came in spewing "Customer is always right, can't tell me no" attitude. Frankly, that is a very outdated form of thinking and I applaud the staff for how they handled him.

He became very unruly, refusing to acknowledge or even listen to the Store Manager Alex. Policies in place prevented the location from being able to take the customers phone in, but the nasty man refused and started to raise his tone. All the staff remained calm and simply informed the customer they have been doing what they could and asked he leave the location if he was going to choose to be unruly.

100% grade A handling of a very silly situation. Shame on that customer for the way he treated them.

Alex and Seth were able to get me into an Samsung A32 during this altercation and I absolutely love the phone and the service.

If you are debating on a store to go to. I recommend this one. They will keep it real with you, they will always do what they can for you, but don't come in expecting them to hand you free gold. That's not how the world works!

Came in to look at getting me and my daughter new phones. Chris helped us look at all the phones, told us the differences about all of them. He told us about the plans and even helped us save some money by getting a bundle! Great attitude! Knows his way around the job and was fast! Thanks again Chris!

Great service from Bo and his teammate (sorry didn't get her name),!!!
went for a new sim card which He replaced but then he ran through the specials and I ended up with a new Iphone 13 at a great Price! I wish I knew his teammates name because she was a great help Also. all around great experience at this store #2WSZ
