We went to The Tennis & Golf Company to find some pickleball shoes for my girlfriend and I after trying to find something suitable at DSW.

First of all, I was shocked by the wide variety of equipment they had. I had no idea that the store would be so well stocked. Everything there is very well organized.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We left with four very well-fitting pairs of shoes for $250 and a membership, which saved us some money.

Completely positive experience.

Just renewed membership after a few years. The place is a candy store for golf addicts like me. I also had a couple of tennis rackets restrung. The racket desk people were very nice. The stringers did a great job. I kind of laced into the stringers a bit today, but my issue was really a non issue. Sorry if I seemed like a sort of “stringing auditor.” Can’t wait until the next visit. Golf clubs need new grips!

I've been shopping at this business for a few years for my tennis and golfing needs. They do a great job assisting when asked and the services provided, such as stringing tennis racquets, are done well and efficiently. I'm glad to have seen the growth they have had in such a short time.

I just moved to Michigan and was looking for a new place to get all my tennis needs met. I went in to try out a new racquet because my head racquet just isn’t doing it for me. There is a very helpful gentleman in there named David who walked me through 3 different ones. The staff are knowledgeable. They have a trial program where you can get the racquets and try them out for a week before purchasing them. I think that’s pretty sweet. Will definitely be going back

I had a driver fitting with Tim and he was awesome. Super nice guy with a lot of knowledge about the golf swing, golf products and fitting. He was able to help me configure my driver settings to maximize my carry and to optimize it to my swing. He also offered product recommendations that were spot on but was not at all doing it in a “sales” way but rather to help maximize what I can get out of my game. Tim was very patient and generous with his time and can’t recommend him and the store enough!

I have never had negative experience at this store. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and completely answers all questions. They are never high pressure either. The manager, Tim, was especially helpful with replacing a pair of shoes for my son during my last visit. He took care of dealing with the warranty and allowed me to do an even exchange for them in a completely hassle-free manner. Both Tim in particular, and this store in general, are excellent examples of providing great customer service.

Got new tennis shoes and the man helping me was VERY informative and helpful. I was in a rush and had my 4 year old son with me and he was fast and helped me accomplish my mission to get new shoes for Tennis! Also, while checking out they were so friendly and made my son's day by giving him a cool, neon golf ball for free. Great experience! Also got my racket re-gripped and they did it right away for me! HIGHLY recommend!

The golf staff at this store are outstanding. Kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I wish I could remember the names of the men who have assisted us this summer but they have all been tremendously helpful. This store has enhanced my game and love for the game. When we move away from the area we will sorely miss T&G

Amazing store and amazing customer service. I came in there not knowing a lot of what i was looking for but ended up getting hooked up with a reasonably priced set of golf clubs + tips on sizing for my height that i didn't know before.

Used to shop here years ago when the store was on Southfield. Bought a few racquets back then. Today Tim is setting me up with a Wilson Clash. Been 35 + years since I played seriously . Looking forward to it. Tim, thanks for the expert help !

I was recommended by a friend for this store. First time doing business with the store. And I did a restrung with my new tennis racquet. I ordered curb side stringing service. It was done fair quick. The drop-off and pick up service is very convenient.

During this unprecedented time, the store staffs were very helpful and very quick at answering my question and inquiries.

After disaster experiences from buying clubs from big chain golf stores.. I won't go anywhere else for my clubs or golfing needs besides tennis & golf co. Dealing with Tim is an absolute pleasure and he has clear top of the line knowledge, passion and experience for what he does and has the best interest of the customer. Highly recommend

The best tennis shop in the Metropolitan Detroit area. Been shopping here since I was 10 or 12 years old. The customer service is great and has always been. I go out of my way to spend my hard earned money in this store. It's important for me to support small businesses because I'm a small business owber myself.

Scott was an exceptional retail expert as we navigated trying to buy a tennis racket for the first time. He knew my hand size immediately just by looking and his expertise and knowledge was incredible. Working with Scott was the exact kind of retail experience one dreams of when going into a new store. He is an asset to Tennis and Golf Co and I can't wait to go back!
