The memories that were made on the drive down to Florida are priceless and wouldn’t have been possible without the van. The ladies that helped me during the pick up and drop off of the van were very professional. The van was clean and drove well. We are going to do this trip every year and I will rent a van from here again, I will be a lifelong customer. Thanks for everything!

I reserved a van through another rental company but the van was unavailable when I arrived. I looked up van rentals and found Michigan Car and Van Rental. I gave them a call and by the time I got there, a van was ready for me. They were able to accommodate me on short notice with a clean and serviceable van. They’re reasonably priced as well. No hassle upon return of the rental. They’re definitely my first choice for rental needs from now on.

The van was parked in the off-site lot which we reached by shuttle. Easy loading and our group was on its way. The van was clean and in tip top shape.
Drop off was equally easy. We did our best to leave the van in the same condition as it had been delivered. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

We’ve rented two years in a row for our trips to Florida and have always been pleased with service and especially since each time it was a last minute reservation that they were willing and able to accommodate. I had to come post a new review. I have a reservation for a future date....when I saw the other reviews, and some of them negative, I got nervous!! I'm traveling from Detroit to Atlanta. I called them with my concerns, and they recommended I come in to see the vehicle I'd be renting. The facility is clean and the owner was very welcoming when I came in. My vehicle, which is a 15 passenger looked great!! Everything was clean and looked brand new!! They listened to my concerns, addressed my concerns, and assured I'd have no problems. I feel much better about choosing them to rent from. It truly makes a difference when the owner takes time out of his schedule to listen to a potential clients concerns. I've been places where the owner wont even talk to you. I'm very pleased.

Ma angel always treats me like family when I use there services. Mr .A likes to give me a hard time but that's because I'm one of his favorite customers lol ...good people good service. I recommend them

We got lucky. The national rental agencies were sold out of large passenger vans so I found Michigan Car and Van Rental. I was admittedly concerned as I use the national chains, particularly Avis, enough to be comfortable with their process. Well, this process was easier in the end and the service was more personalized. (Thanks to Angel!) And the van itself easily exceeded our expectations. 5-stars in every way.

Great place to rent a vehicle for those with only a debit card. Nice people, helpful, and make you feel special. They know how to apply all the insurance stuff, too.

Michigan car and van rental is the kind of business I've tried to find for years. They have an excellent assortment of vehicles for hauling the different sized groups of people that I need. Angel and Shawn were spectacular and made the experience so easy. Best of all, the price is right on target with our budget.

The best. Nicest, most welcoming staff, quick, friendly and our rental was beautifully detailed.
We thought all we could afford was a car, so we did all the paperwork for that.... Then I asked about a van... They didnt even flinch at having to redo the paperwork and the van was so affordable! They have earned my repete business! Thank you ladies so much for helping me with such a hectic day!
