I visited the store today for a battery test and was greeted by the exceptional service of Evan. Despite the freezing 20° weather, he promptly ventured out to test my battery. To my amazement, he not only diagnosed a defective battery but also informed me of their in-store replacement service—a delightful surprise! Evan expertly replaced my battery, ensuring I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. His efficiency and dedication left me deeply appreciative of the outstanding service provided.

These guys and gals, have always been patient and helpful. They're respectful of women who are able to change an alternator (by herself) in the parking lot & loan out tools if needed on sight.
I've used them for over 15 years and have never had a problem and that's why I keep going back.

Today, I needed wipers and stopped at your store. I called and asked for help and the gentleman came out with new wipers and replaced my wipers. All done with a smile and respect to me and my vehicle, even though he walked in and out with my money and then brought me my change. I will add that I am disabled and he helped me out tremendously. Thank You for hiring such caring staff.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn today, I was stressed out dealing with a dead battery in the mall parking lot next door. After explaining my situation he grabbed the jump pack and walked back to my car with me to make sure I could continue on with my day.
