They are very professional, and both times, the jobs were completed in 1-2 days less than originally quoted! I highly recommend contacting them for any of your decorating needs - I am having them come out to do our upstairs carpet and bathroom remodel as well!

We used The Decorating Dept for our new home. Prices were more than competitive and we found exactly what we wanted and needed. We purchased tile to install ourselves and carpet and vinyl that they installed. All was delivered and installed in a timely manner and they were willing to work with us on all levels. Have recommended them to many and will continue to do so.

Fantastic from start to finish. I've dealt with lots of floor covering stores over the years and most have fell short of expectations: missing appt's for measuring, sloppy customer service, bad attitudes, poor installation(s), etc...

But these guys went above and beyond IMO. Great prices, solid customer service (thanks Jon and Crystal!) as well as timely, quality installation. They were referred by a friend and we will do the same. That starts today with this review. I will also go on facebook and write a similar review. They've more than earned it.

Showed up on time to complete a vinyl flooring install. Professional, personable service. Swept the floor and cleaned up prior to lunch. Completed a 2 day planned job by 230 PM the first day. Noted issues during the install that needed to be corrected prior to finish that weren’t noticed on estimate. Based on all aspects will intend on shopping with them again.

I won't go anywhere else! From the friendly and knowledgeable sales people to the installation quality. This place is top notch. They stand behind their products and do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. Highly recommend!!!!

Love this place. No matter what crazy tile I am replacing all I need is a pic and the sales staff can find it for me. The fact that they are able to bring in customers from over 1.5 hours away is just amazing, regardless of the bad reviews they leave, it is amazing they would even consider driving that far based on only there amazing reputation.

They did very fast installation of my carpet. Very clean picked up everything never even knew they were there. Very pleasant to deal with, always friendly as soon as you walk in the door.

I recently had a large room carpeted and it could not have turned out better, I added caps to my stairs and the installers made sure they gave us instructions in advance as to how to do that so we would have the outcome we were hoping for. I would highly recommend visiting the decorating dept.
