Muramatsu America

I can’t imagine there being any better service and quality than Muramatsu America. The flutes are wonderful and responsive and it was hard to choose just one. If there is ever a rare issue, Val and Jeff are quick to respond and go the extra mile. Everyone sells flutes, but my experience is that the after sale here is incredible. I just don’t know how to explain how much my Muramatsu flute means to me; so much so that I’m considering buying another. Was told to purchase a Powell, but wanted to try one of the Japanese made ones first. I am so glad I did.

Good reception and services. They really care about the customer experience. I went to the store to see and try some high end flutes and they received me very well. The greatest experience in a flute center I received in the US so far.

Excellent instruments, excellent repair! This shoppe and staff have always provided personal attention to my students and parents when they are purchasing an instrument. The owners and staff take the time needed to help the buyer choose the very best flute or piccolo for him or her. As a professional, I love my Muramatsu. No flute I have tried has tempted me to switch!

What an incredible place! I was lucky enough to be able to try some amazing flutes, as well as be provided with my flute after having had a clean, oil, and adjust. It plays like a new instrument!
