Today was one of the worst shopping experiences in my life. I need to exchange a pair of shoes for a longer size and I also decided to exchange a purse. The store manager got upset and told the amazing gentleman that was assisting me that she doesn’t know why I was exchange the purse. She was walking hard and displayed signs of irritation. Once Mustafa finished helping find a more suitable purse she started to check me out. The manger, Rebecca comes and slams the purse on the counter. Mustafa apologized for how I was being treated. I told him it wasn’t for him to apologize for her poor behavior. Her behavior does not fit the sophisticated store and business of Tory Burch.
