Excellent all around. Ordered a wheel for my volvo on Thursday afternoon. Theirs was the cheapest I found and also a genuine volvo part! Wheel arrived via FedEx Monday afternoon which was a holiday! Brought it to my mechanic. Great wheel, no imperfections. Also very shiny. Its now on car, works great. Beautiful, shiny and perfect! thank you Finish Line, you get my highest rating!!!!

Order was placed, but they didn't have the product. Got the refund, but later got an email offering a $25 discount if I gave them a five star rating. It is a big, red flag for me whenever someone tries to buy a positive rating. Maybe that concerns you, too. If so, buyer beware of their integrity and of their five star reviews.

Ordered 2 different sets of 4 rims online. Received emails stating both orders were canceled and refunded due to not available. Why have them online and able to purchase if not able to fulfill order? Went with another store. Emailed 5 minutes after ordering with order confirmation and delivery details. Some stores know how to properly do business. This store isn't one of them. Don't even bother calling and leaving contact information, they won't bother calling back.

Bought a set of 4 rims (2020 kia forte gt) and two out of the 4 are bent... so if you buy from them just know they will sell you whatever is in the back... currently trying to get a hold of them. So far they don't respond to emails either. Buyer BEWARE.

They were great to assist in my purchase. However, after replacing the rim, the tire would still not hold air. When I went back to have the issue investigated, I was shown where the 'like new' rim had been previously cracked and a repair had, unsuccessfully, been attempted. Now, I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails or voicemail messages!?! I guess the old adage 'Let the buyer beware' truly holds true here.
