Great Wakes

There is none better than Great Wakes. They are professional and kind. No question goes unanswered and the level of service is 2nd to none. We have used their boat and dock in/out service for several years and taken advantage of storing 2 boats. Would not hesitate to recommend. They are awesome to work with!

As a new customer I called Mark at Great Wake Thursday around 11:30am seeing if they might be able to take a look at my boat for the holiday weekend. They had my boat fixed up and ready to go in a couple of hours! Thank you all for your amazing service and knowledge. Also for the tips on where to take the boat from here. Huge! Unfortunately, our pontoon decided to die on 4th of July weekend. Such a great experience working with Mark at Great Wakes. They were very quick to come get our boat, check it out and let us know what the problem was. They had parts in stock, reasonably priced, it was fixed and back in the water within a week. We will use them every time!

These guys are AWESOME!! We first met them last yr when they pulled out our dock. This year they put our dock back in the water... but also took on the task of pulling out an old wood dock that had fallen apart. We had purchased a used wooden dock to replace the wood dock that we use as a second dock. When installing we found it was missing some parts so they ordered the necessary parts and readjusted the dock to make it work for us.
Last year they also winterized our motor home right here in our driveway!! So much easier than having to take anywhere, drop off and pick up later.
Each time we have called they always returned our call the same day. Have set up times to be at our house and showed up on time.
Lastly, not only are they great guys!! and do wonderful work... they have been reasonably priced.
This fall we will have them do all our work, docks. winterizing boat and motor home. We highly recommend them!!!

Mark, Jared and crew did a fantastic job of installing our dock and pontoon. It’s so nice to deal with people who take pride in their work, like what they do and want to provide great customer service! Everything is now “ready to go!” We are so happy to have found these guys!

Jerod and Mark just finished installing my dock. Awesome job! They didn't have ideal weather, but showed up and went right to work. My dock has never been so straight and level. I'll be exploring more of their services in the future.

Mark & Jarod continue to go above & beyond in their service! It’s awesome to be able to trust a business to have your best interests in mind.
