I worked with Jason and even though he was new he took the time to understand my needs. Scan my feet and with the help of the other employees ensured I was walking out in a great fit! That Holt store is awesome!

It’s almost been a couple of weeks and I can say the boots are worth it. I bought some on Amazon and my feet were swelling by the end of the shift. I was recommended by family to go check out Red Wing.

I can honestly say I’m pretty shocked. My feet are still a tiny sore but it’s nothing unbearable. No more swollen feet, no more back/hip pain. Another cool thing I’ve noticed, is no oder. I may even pick up another pair some day for a more casual wear. Totally worth it imo.

I beleive the salesman’s name was either mark or Mel, either way fantastic customer service. Helped me find the right pair of boots answered every question we had thought of. Boots feel great and look great. Thank you guys!

Working in the HVAC/R Trade I am on my feet all day long in all kinds of weather. Tim and Mark have always sold me exceptional products and answered all my questions. After a major Ankle Injury five years ago I struggle with Boot Sizing and Ankle/Foot Support on my right side. These are some of the best quality made boots you can buy. The stiched on soles in my opinion are the best quality feature. The company stands behind the entire life of the boot. They will resole them ( for a price) if needed and offer free laces, eyelets, conditioning of the leather and any needed stiching at no cost. The boots are durable enough that, far in the future, they often just need some repair instead of replacement saving you money. Buy these if you value your footwear.

I have bought red wing boots from this store for 25 yrs because they sell a great product that they stand behind and go out of their way to help you get what you need , their team is a pleasure to do business with and Bill (manager) has a vast knowledge of his products and a customer service drive that you don’t find anywhere.

I've purchased several boots here over the years. This is an hour from my house. I called up there recently and they are having supply chain issues just like everyone else but instead of just telling me that they were out, they checked the computer and found only 4 stores in the country that had them in my size and emailed me the list along with their phone numbers! I called Minnesota and they shipped them to me for free! Now that's customer service! I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bill knew what to look for when I told him I was in training to be an EMT, and I ended up with boots that are rated for Blood Borne Pathogens. He ordered two different sizes so I wouldn't have to potentially wait even longer for the right fit, and called me as soon as they arrived to the store. Heather was also helpful and polite, giving me different options of inserts to try on. Everyone was patient and had a good attitude. Only $201 out the door for everything, so I know they were concerned with what was perfect for me, not what cost the most.
Oh yeah - FREE oiling, polishing, replacement laces, and above-the-sole repairs for the life of the boot (As a Covid precaution, you can even wait outside the front door and they'll take them in to do that). That's insane!

I decided to make the switch to Red Wing. Amazon reviews had me confused so I decided to go in the store and I’m extremely happy I did. I learned that the boot I wanted wasn’t suited for my line of work. The gentleman that helped me out was full of information. I left not only happy with the decision I made but also learned some things in the process. Boots feel like a Cadillac on my feet. Typically I get one pair to last me a couple years but these boots if you take care of them they’ll last a very long time. With that said I’m coming back just to get more quality boots. Wow where to start. First off, the service was top notch. The gentleman who helped me ask alot of question to dial in the right Boot. Second, he sized my feet 2 different ways to ensure the best section choices of Boots. Third, he put them on for me to see which was the best fit and never tried to push me Into a sale.
