Lowe's Home Improvement

This place is what I refer to as a homeowners candy store. I really don't go anywhere else. Customer service and store personnel knowledge of instore products and project assistance is top-notch. I had to return something and forgot my receipt. The cashier looked it up via the computer, and it was done, no problem. I can also bring Jack, my dog. He gets a treat most times and always so.e kind words.

Very knowledgeable in what I was looking for.
Recommend them for any household items

Picked up an extension cord and some hydraulic cement. No issues, had several employees ask if i needed anything. No line at checkout. It is cold outside, so the walk in was chilly. If you could fix that, that would be great! lol

Only reason I am writing a review is because of Savannah at this location did an excellent job with helping me with my problem and so did her boss Jason . When you pay over 2400 for a dryer nd washer to be delivered and only one does then get told by a LOWES customer service over the phone that they can’t delivery my dryer .. made me pissed because I called them right after I placed the order and they said nope.. Savanah and Jason went over and beyond to help me try to get this dryer delivered because it wouldn’t fit in my car love this store

I have done business w/ them with my employer for years. Management Awesome! I put in a good word for my son to work there. He LOVED it. He learned alot and was promoted due to hard work and good ethic willing to learn from superiors. He is now attending school full time. He no longer is employed but, parents this is a EXCELLENT COMPANY to work for.

Great place to go. Home Depot is closer but I like going here better.

I always have a positive experience here. Tonight, Garrett and Olivia went above and beyond to help me with my pickup order. The item didn’t quite fit in the back of my SUV and we were trying to think of different ways to make it work. They figured it out and had a great attitude and were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I really hope to encounter them again on my future trips to the store.

I only did a curbside order so I can’t speak for inside of the store, but the people that brought me my order were very awesome! So friendly and very prompt. I waited less than two minutes and they came rolling out with my things. I had Jason so if you see him and vest all decorated throughout the store; give him a shout out because he’s the best! Highly recommend this location!

We bought the cutest bonsai for my son's birthday! He absolutely loved it!

Randy was an amazing help to me and my sister, he went above and beyond to educate us on the type of plant we were buying, because of him we were able to get my mother the best plant suitable for her yard based on his knowledge!

Team is very professional. Love the curbside pickup. Especially with heavy items like bags of sand. Great prices right now on hydrangeas and mandevillas. Great place to bring a dog.

Lowe's has about anything you can possibly imagine, so for hardware needs, this is a one stop shopping venue. Very comparable to Menards, although maybe slightly more expensive in general. The employees are very helpful and well trained, and they sell quality brands so you're not buying "junk". Also a great perk is they allow, and really welcome, dogs inside their store (leashed, of course). So I can take my pup along while I shop.

Never an issue with employees, always very helpful and knowledgeable, if they don't know something, they find another who may. Great people

I love this Lowe’s! Val is great she is in the paint area. Super sweet and always willing to help. I have come here for many special projects and they always assist. East return and exchange process. They usually have a great variety of items and willing to order online and ship to the store if needed.

I tried to leave a survey online but could not find the ID number on my online receipt so I am leaving a review here.

Lucas and Sarah (I hope I’m remembering that correctly!) were super helpful in purchasing my Ring security system and cameras. They had a lot of good advice and expertise about which systems would be best for my situation. I appreciate their help and for elevating my experience in the store. You guys rock!

Looked online for a chainsaw they said they had some in stock after our disaster and they actually did have them in stock surprisingly a lot of times online compared to actually store will be way off

Very helpful and less expensive then HOME Depot. The employees are very helpful and always has a smile on their face. The Pro team leader is amazing. She was very kind and helped me with my order from start to finish. I recommend Lowes for anyone's Home or DIY projects.
