This family owned company was outstanding to work with. The diamond fell out of my original wedding ring. My husband took it to 5 different jewelers in the area to get a quote for repair. The prices were outrageous. He went into Sundance and was pleasantly surprised. They did great work and the ring is beautiful.We were so happy my husband took our son there to have his fiancés ring made. It is beautiful and perfect for her hand.

THE BEST in town! We upgraded my diamond ring for our 20 year anniversary. Bill helped us create a wonderful new ring with some of the diamonds in my previous ring and we upgraded the main stone. Wowza!! Thank you thank you!!

I have bought multiple pieces of jewelry from Sundance and the service has always been excellent! They stand by their work and products, always providing custom solutions to keep everything looking and wearing beautifully. An awesome family owned jeweler and downtown East Lansing business - you can always find the owners working in the back and come out to always say hi and check on how things are going.

Sundance is one of the most unique jewelry stores I have ever been in. It has always been a fun time going in to see what they have new. I also like very much that if you need to have any repairs done on your jewelry it never leaves there. Once you go there you’ll never go anywhere else, my husband & I have been customers for 26 years. Today even with everything that’s happening in the world today everyone at Sundance was upbeat & happy to show me some new pieces that had just come in while I waited for my niece to pickup her repairs (which they got done in 1 day) & I pickup these very cute earrings, so cute I couldn’t stop at one pair. Sundance is worth the stop.

My latch back to my favorite earrings broke and I so happen to come across Sundance Jewelers. Well I'm happy I had, as I had the most refreshing customer service experience that I could ask for. Not only were they courteous but they were very efficient. My earrings were ready in less than 24 hours. All during the pandemic, I am more than pleased!

Such a wonderful experience with Sundance Jewelers! I went in to get my engagement and wedding band resized and soldered. They are very fairly priced and even worked with the price to get it down a little (without me asking). Also let me talk about the turn around time. It was less than 24 hrs!! Yesss that is not always the case and depends on demand. The fit was also perfect! But I’m so grateful I found this jeweler. And I’ll definitely be back for any needs I may have!

They always have new styles in the store all the time and they also do a lot of beautiful custom made work. Pretty much if you can dream it they can help you make it come to life. They host different community events as well that are pretty fun and have great discounts and prizes. I’ve used this store to shop for myself and my family and I will continue to do so. They were so welcoming and Bill, the Gemologist, took his time to explain the values given and my options for sale or insurance. I will certainly be back in the future.

A wonderful local jewelry store, with customer service second-to-none! Bill and Audrey helped me pick out an engagement ring and then helped us pick out wedding bands a few months later. They took time to answer my questions and offered up various suggestions when I wasn't quite sure, all without making me feel rushed. I lost my center diamond in my wedding ring (PANIC), but Betty found me an amazing stone to replace it, and for a very reasonable price. The work was done quickly and expertly. I then took in several rings that I inherited to get them made into something that I can wear, and can hardly wait to see what Bill comes up with!! Friendly, professional service every time.. Most importantly, I appreciate being able to use a family owned, local business that is truly an established part of the community.

We have been shopping at Sundance for 24 1/2 years. We have never had a bad experience there, Bill jr., Betty, Audrey Yonkus are the nicest people to do business with! ALL of my Jewelry is from Sundance. Their shop is gorgeous! They have the most current styles in stock. They can special order pieces and have them to you in a timely matter. They are all very educated in their field. They are very friendly, loving, caring, and always willing to help you! You should see their diamond collection! I dont think there isnt anything they can do. I would never use or go to another Jeweler.

I got a new stackable ring here and the whole process was amazing! Betty and Audrey helped me find just the right ring to fit my style. They were super patient with me while I was trying different styles on, and offered great suggestions. I had a broken chain as well that they took for a fair trade in value. Highly recommend!!!!!
