Pandora Jewelry

These ladies always get me together here! I'm new to the Pandora world so it's nice to have staff that's patient and willing to work with customers without rushing them through the process

I need you to understand that I have spent enough money on Pandora to buy a couple cars. The staff here is just great. I can call and ask about a charm and they will have it wrapped and bagged for me to just walk in pay and walk out. Then if I come in and want to look at a bunch of charms to decide they take all the time needed. My wife loves Pandora. These ladies make it easy to put a smile on her face.

Just want to start off saying, Megan is a solid sales associate! She was very helpful, patient and recommended a few things I ended up taking. She helped me get a great deal for my anniversary coming up 🙂

I'm a regular here so my sales person actually greets me with recognition. Lol. They make every effort to find what I'm looking for and as I am usually in there with a specific want. I enjoy my shopping sprees there and they are very helpful

I had a great experience here. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked through the door. She was knowledgeable about the products and offered recommendations. I purchased some regular items, but she also showed me discontinued pieces that were discounted. And I purchased one of those also, with the intention of going back for others.

Great experience! I received the free bracelets with purchase for Christmas..Unfortunately, the bracelets were too big. I live in Virginia, and when I tried to exchange them at a Pandora in my hometown, the sales people were rude and unhelpful. I contacted the ladies at this Pandora store via Instagram and they were able to assist me with no problem. I mailed my bracelets to them, they exchanged them and mailed back to me. Now that's what I call Customer Service!

I went in for a bracelet for my mother and Karen was amazing. She was so kind and patient. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for my mother and she loved it very much.

I've never owned PANDORA JEWELRY before, the staff person was very kind, very patient with me and showed me several times now to open and close my bracelet. I'm very pleased with my purchase of charms for my bracelet, now that I know how to open and close the bracelet.
