Came in today to repair a watch with broken straps. The younger guy at the counter was SO helpful! He & the team today helped me pick a new strap. The cost was VERY reasonable! I’m impressed and excited to gift this! Thank you!

I have visited twice for quick fixes. They saved the day for me and my daughter as she had broken her eye glasses the day of a performance she had later that night. This was our second visit, so I knew where to go!

First time here. I took in a vintage Gucci watch to have a couple links taken out of the band. I have done it myself on other watches but didn't want to scratch it. They did it as I waited and I could see it was hard to get the pins out, so I'm glad i didn't try. It was only $12. So worth it. They are VERY efficient. As I waited I saw them fix a guys broken gold necklace and another ladies broken gold bracelet while they waited.

Day before school start, and one of my kids breaks their glasses. Yikes! Luckily, Jewelry Doctor was able to quickly fix the glasses with fantastic crastmanship. You guys are my heroes today!

Nikki was amazing! My husband and I wanted to customize our wedding rings and get something unique to us. We were hesitant in the beginning but Nikki walked us through the whole process- ordered stones in for us to choose from and even 3D printed the mold of my ring so I could make sure I liked it before we had it made. Could not be happier with both of our rings. Thank you!! Mine was a Green Amethyst with rose gold and moissonite. His was rose gold sleeve with Carbon Fiber exterior. They are miracle workers!!! As the world’s pickiest person and someone who struggles to make decisions, I thought I’d never find the right engagement ring. However, with Nikki’s help (and patience), we were able to design a ring perfect for me. Every step of the way was painless. On top of that, they were able to finish the ring just in time for our rapidly approaching vacation. Without my knowledge, my partner picked it up the day before we flew out and was able to propose the first full day of our trip. I was shocked they finished it so quickly, and did a fantastic job too. So grateful to have found this place!!!

I had this ring designed using some of my grandmother's jewelry. Nikki did an awesome job! She presented me with several designs and we finally narrowed it down to two. After several tweaks and changes I decided on this beauty. Nikki, thank you for your creativity and patience while I made my decision.

I have always gone to JD for my watch batteries and watch repairs and have been extremely satisfied with the staff and the prices. But this last experience was by far SECOND TO NONE!!!! I brought in a broken music box that had many memories for me. They asked me to bring back the batteries that would n=be needed for it to work and they would see what they could do. I received a phone call a week later that it was ready for pick up. I stopped in with excitement to find that they fixed it, and took amazing care of me in the end! This place is the real deal for ALL your needs. From jewelry, to repairs, to watch batteries, to just great customer service, they meet every need and go above and beyond!

The staff at the Jewelry Doctor have been more than helpful every time I've visited to have my items repaired. They were able to fix my prescription glasses ($15) when SVS Vision said they couldn't be fixed and I had to buy a new pair ($500). I broke them again and they fixed them again for a reasonable cost. They have also repaired my prescription sunglasses for a reasonable price. They repaired all 3 pair while I waited, saving me return trips. I highly recommend this establishment.

Two chain clasps fixed in a matter of minutes. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable! First time there, but from now on this will be where I take any other jewelry that needs to be repaired:)

My brother bought a 5000.00 watch at Azzi jeweler. It soon worked poorly. He took it back to Azzi and they quoted 1500.00 from the factory to repair. My sister-in-law brought it to the Jewelry Doctor. 35.00 and his watch works perfectly. Said it was a simple fix. One day turn around.

Had to get my chain repaired, extremely fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews cuz I feel like nobody is going to read it. But i had to for this....I had a few, sterling silver chain with broken clasps that I wanted to get fixed. First I went to Medawar in Frandor...I got a quote and QUICKLY left! Just for 1 clasp, they wanted to charge me for what all 3 cost at Jewelry Doctor in Frandor cherged me! Plus, they even gave all 3 chains free cleanings without even asking for it! JD is ahere illbe going from now on for any of my jewelry needs.

Nikki, Beth and all the staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and made to feel like I was part of the family. I shared my ring idea with Nikki and she went above and beyond to not only custom design it, but to exceed all my expectations! Absolutely wonderful. I had a ring repaired, including new diamond, prongs and the ring part that came apart. I had a week deadline during a holiday and the employee had a day off that week to boot. He said he would do his best, and did.

I had the ring back just in time. Appreciated them going the extra mile, and their courteousness as well. On top of all that, it would have been a lot more expensive at the larger jewelry stores. Well done! Highly recommended.

They are affordable and fast! My gold necklace snapped in half. They fixed in within an hour for a great price. When I walked in I was greeted right away, both when I dropped off the necklace and when I picked it up. When I picked up my necklace, I was greeted by name. Very professional customer service and quality work. Definitely recommend!

I've brought several watches here for repair or battery replacement, and once even brought in a computer with an extremely unusual type of screw that had to be removed. Every time, they are highly professional, very good, prompt and their prices are surprisingly low. I highly recommend them.

Walked in with an hour left in the day. Promptly greeted and was quickly addressed. Smiling and friendly staff in the whole store. I was willing to leave a watch for a battery replacement. No rush on my end. They requested just a few minutes and about $13.00. And sure enough, they got it accomplished in that time frame and the same price quote was what we paid. Even set my date and time on this watch. Thank you all very much!
