Great store 👍 I really love the curtains. Living in Michigan staying warm is as important as decor and here we have both combined at a great price for the great quality. I've shopped many, many stores for curtains while designing and these stand above the rest.

Always interesting items to find! Very friendly staff and good prices.

It's always easy to get my questions answered if I'm trying to buy something that I know nothing about. The people on the floor are always very helpful every time I've gone in there. I also like the quality of the products I used to look for. They seem to be top-grade and the variety of what they have to pick from is wonderful.

This location that I was at is closing. There was not much left in there. The lines were not to bad. On the bright side I purchased some twin sheets for 6 dollars so I basically was thrilled about that.

Always find things I didn't know I needed 😁 like today I went for a pyrex pie dish... bought 2 pie dishes just in case I want to make more than one pie! Ok 2 pie dishes cost me $135 LOL I LOVE Bed Bath & Beyond and all the treasures I can find ❤

I went there on Friday, March 6th, 2020, and it was my first time ever setting foot in there. I’ve been on the website, but I just wanted to get a better idea on what I needed to purchase for some zero light curtains. To my surprise, there were choices in-store that we’re not available on-line.

Further, the colors of everything (the towels, shower curtains, etc.,) were so vibrant that nothing on-line could do them justice.

Likewise, the help was phenomenal. An African-American lady asked if I needed some help as I sat on my walker in complete astonishment of all the choices. At the time, I did not. But later a young lady named Chelsea (I think) helped create an invoice for me at the wedding desk because I was unable to walk back through the store due to a health issue. One of the items was unavailable at the store, but she ordered it for me on Friday and I received it today (on Monday, March 9, 2020). That’s how shopping should work!

Overall, the Bed, Bath & Beyond, in Delta Township was incredible. The only downside I saw was that it didn’t have any motorized carts for people with ambulatory issues, but if a person uses a walker, he or she should be able to make it through everything just fine because the store isn’t that big.

We had a great experience with our wedding registry!! Wanda and Chelsea were the two ladies that helped us. They made sure that we had all we needed and any help finding anything that wasn’t in the store. We left and decided to go back in after we had dinner to add some other things. Wanda was still there and again was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! Definitely recommend going to this store!!

We love shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond because the staff is always friendly, inviting, extremely helpful and courteous!! Plus, this store carries everything, without having to pay sh&p fees and always sends me very much appreciated 20% off coupons! Wonderful wide variety of products with great gift suggestions for any age.

I went here today for a bed set. Specifically a nautica bed set. And to my knowledge there's nowhere else that really sells them consistently. I bought my last one from a BBB so I came back and sure enough they were here. They were super expensive so the manager set me up with a mobile coupon. 20% off. I had to wait 24 hours but I saved 36$ off of that. So thanks guys!

It doesn't matter what time of the day or night I'm in the store it's always clean including the restrooms. The cashier's respond quickly when a line begins to form. Thank you for a job well done@

A sales gentleman gave me good information about the best knife that I could buy. I purchased a awesome knife for my husband's birthday. Bed Bath And Beyond is a fun place to shop.

Found what we needed quickly and though we didn't find someone quickly to help us, we didn't visit customer service for assistance so not knocking a star there because their business might not have people floating around in store waiting to help people. Was looking for additional opinion on vacuums.

You need something? This place has it! Great variety! Pricing is slightly higher than some of the other big boxed stores.

Online pick up was very smooth and their coupons make them a good option for things that don't go on sale
