Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have nothing but good things to say about this location, i usually get breakfast 3/4 days out of the week and everytime my food & drink are great! The staff is so nice to me and they even know what i’m going to order now. Sometimes it is a bit busy in the morning’s (what breakfast place isnt) and they handle it with grace & are very efficient! And if you haven’t had the tasty turkey 10/10 recommend!

Ok, wow! Yeah, it's just another bagel place but a great example of the staff making a difference. Great culture, energetic atmosphere, staff was having fun, and it elevated the entire restaurant.

The first time I went here I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. I hadn't read the reviews, just happen to live nearby, and I expected it to be crowded. I was actually okay with that, since it was such a convenient location for me. I'm so glad it over-delivered for me :)
The main draw here is the specialty bagels. Delicious and fresh bagels made quickly from friendly staff. I kept it simple with an everything bagel, regular cream cheese, though the menu is vast. It was certainly a great way to start the day. A plus: they have the rewards program on the app or using mobile number. We usually get here on Saturday mornings to this place because my 3-year-old loves to eat bagels and cookies here. We've tried at least 3 types and they're all delicious. The ingredients are fresh (had some incredible juicy tomato), high quality, and substantial portions. The prices are reasonable for what you get. They also have great coffee varieties. By default, I think they're well-seasoned but if you like a little flavor, definitely try out the hazelnut coffee.
By far my favorite place in this neighborhood.

BACK BETTER THAN EVER!! I have had a love hate relationship with Einstein for the last three years due to the exceptional bagels but poor service upon receiving said bagels. When this location temporarily closed, I was super bummed because I still went out of my way to find other locations only to find poor service and few bagels. All that's to say, I'm so glad this location is back open more fresh and more friendly than I remember!

They were super busy this morning! They got my order wrong but still made time to fix it with 10+ people in line. Great customer service.

My love and I were very satisfied with our bagels! I loved my chocolate cold brew shake, too! Mmm, mmm!

This location has just opened back up and is now corporate owned/run. This is by far our favorite bagel stop and we are so happy to have them back in business again. We don’t even live near the area and yet we will travel the 7 miles to get our bagels from Einstein. Today was the first day they were opened and although they were still in the training stages, everything ran smoothly and the staff was very friendly and the bagels as good as ever.

The people were so super nice to us. My son said it was the best bagel he ever had. He got plain and plain cream cheese. They had an apple bagel that looked amazing.

3 stars because I couldn't access the free Wi-Fi they advertised. Place is clean, I order the Nova lux which never disappoints. I tried the fried chicken breakfast sandwich and it gave me heartburn 🤢🤢. Staff is okay, prices okay. Just wish they had more coupons and a discount program.

I'm giving it an extra star because they've added a rewards program, sends me great coupons and the staff is super friendly! Actually, they've always had the rewards program, just wish the staff told me on my first visit.

There is one staff member that I'd prefer not making my food. Now I wouldn't pick on someone with a disability, but I'm not sure if she is half blind or cross eyed, but a few times she over filled my drink to the point of sloppyness and sloppily spread my smear on my bagel. She wears her hat really low and doesn't speak very loud. This is a popular location with a sometimes loud noise level if visited at peek hours. She's friendly, just kinda grossed me out my last visit when touched the brim of my cup with dirty plastic gloves. Her demeanor is pleasant though.

I absolutely love the staff here. they make my mornings so much better, Tara, Jay, and Jessica, you are amazing. I am especially excited because they carry Caribou coffee now. They make my drinks perfect everytime and really care that they taste great. The bagles are awesome too, but the staff makes this place. Thank you guys for being top notch!

I absolutely love their jalapeno and cheddar bagels. They actually have slices of jalapeno on top of a mound of cheese on each of these bagels! Absolutely amazing. Caribou Cafe is located inside, it is part of Einstein bagels, and they will give you a Caribou coffee. Of course there is no seating and ambience such as the Caribou Cafes a couple decades ago.

Great staff, always working their butts off with a long line. You can't necessarily get in and out of here quickly if there's a line, but the Caribou coffee makes it worth it. I just wish they had an app to order ahead and pick up in store.

This location is absolutely amazing. Chef Dave is the totally awesome and personable! He always comes around to clear peoples trays and ask if they need anything.

The rest of the staff is also great.
