I use this location at least once a week. The people are friendly and helpful, and the store has enough to accommodate your standard requests. Most specialty items will need to be ordered.

The return policy is great, and you won't have a problem if you have a receipt or pro-extra membership. Even if I lose my receipt, they'll still give me store credit, which gets used same day most of the time. In 100+ visits, I've never had a problem with a return.

While in the store, I recommend using the Home Depot app to help you find what you are looking. You can search a product and it will tell you what aisle and bay to look in. I'll get my phone out if I can't find something right away. It's really easy.

People hardly review with good experience. So I wish I would have gotten her name! I went early morning around 8am to the rental department to drop off what I rented. The equipment slid to the middle and it was so heavy for just myself to pick up. She came out to my truck, got in and helped me get it out! She was so nice, and went above and beyond! She deserves to be to appreciated by Home Depot! These are the kind of employees that give your company a good name! She deserves a raise! I would hire her in a heartbeat if she ever came to my job !

I came in to HD to finish plumbing my 2nd story shower to reconnect to the main drain. Although I had a pretty decent idea of how to do the job the older gentleman in plumbing dept. helped me understand venting and correct a few issues with the drain I was building. Also he showed me an all-in-one Blue Monster PVC cement that made it easier and faster to solvent weld and saved me a few bucks. Although I used to shop exclusively at Menards beause it usually is cheaper, the employee at Home Depot was extremely helpful and the last few times at Menards they stalked me and my wife around the store like I was a theif, and the Menards employees don't seem to know anything or help at all. I will be giving much more of my business to Home Depot in the future!

Today my 6 year old stole for the first time. We returned to the store to admit it, apologize, and make it right. He chose to make it right by using money from his piggy bank to pay for it. The team and manager were wonderful; patient and kind. It may have only been an $0.18 washer and five minutes of your evening but I'm so grateful you took the time to help with a very important life lesson.

Very easy to find the product that you are looking for because they don't switch things around like they do at other stores. Just when you get familiar with a store. They manage to move things around here at home depot. I can walk in and no right where I'm going and what I'm looking for.

The staff is friendly! The gentleman who helped me reach cat5e on the top shelf was friendly, courteous, and professional all while multitasking with somebody else. Michelle had a wonderful smile and was also super friendly at checkout. Thanks, I will be back here!

I hope the posts aren't true that Home Depot's are closing. Nothing would upset me as much other when ARBY'S biscontinued potato cakes or when M.A.S.H. ended. Go Green🤟

I have remodeled my home through Home Depot. They usually a considerable inventory to choose from. Sometimes towards the evening on a weekend it can become difficult to find a Store Associate to assist you.

Paint department staff are nice and very friendly to the customers! I enjoy buying paint at this store.

Met a veteran there who helped us a great deal. Got what we came for, cut to size, at the right price, basically with someone guiding us to each location. Got to thank him for his service as well. 3pm on Christmas Eve, we discovered our 20+ year old snow blower was dead. It was still snowing (and snowed for another 2 days after this). We decided we needed a new snow blower immediately. So we got to Home Depot 1 hour before they closed for the holidays. The sales person was extremely helpful. We found what we wanted but knew a built one wouldn’t fit in our SUV, and we didn’t have 2 days to wait for delivery. So he looked in back and found the item we wanted boxed. He measured the box, and then our car, the box was 1/2” bigger than my cargo area. So he started to look at the box, and cut it open. We found it was crated inside the box. He removed the blower from the box and that would fit in our car with space to spare. Then a few men helped load it in the car with wheels in the back so when we got home we could easily roll/lift it out. They took care of removing the box for us as well. The customer service was beyond spectacular! We so appreciated their assistance in helping us get this product and get it in our car! Thank you for the above and beyond, an hour before close on a holiday!

I called this evening to find out whether Home Depot carried Kentucky Blue Grass Seed with fine fescue. Brandon, Lawn and Garden Department, took my call. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Scott’s brand that you carry.

We discussed germination rates and the use of straw versus the grass mat to hold and protect the seed.

I also inquired about the availability of some metal stakes to hold down a very large, heavy-duty tarp that I am using to cover up a section of our garden to keep weeds from growing. I am downsizing the garden and will be planting grass there eventually. Brandon was able to tell me what kind of stakes he had (plastic and metal) and where they were located.

I thanked him for his courteous assistance and advice. I also asked to speak to his supervisor (Brendan) to express my appreciation for Brandon’s helpfulness, but he was not in at the time I called (9:00 p.m. ).

Great selection for home projects, lawn and garden. And great service.

The staff in this store if very friendly. I particularly would like to acknowledge Appliance Specialist Rutherford Beard. I was not shopping for appliances, but for a a couple of huge shelving units. He went above and beyond to help us by searching, checking measurements, making sure everything went well, and also checking for other merchandise. Thank you Mr. Beard and everyone that helped. This goes also for the forklift operator for making sure everyone around was safe during the process.

Great service, I purchased a 12 foot latter. The sales associate was quick to help. Another sales associate walked with me to help put it in my truck. This is what keeps customers coming back. Thanks guys.
