Very knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time trying to get something that would work with our existing 60's hardware. Rob was patient, and let us know upfront the costs and hurdles for what we were looking to do. Definitely recommend.

There is a plethora of choices for cabinet door knobs and handles, hinges, door handles and locks. I was so happy to see beautiful choices not offered anywhere else. Staff were attentive and helpful but left me to look everything over and ask any questions without hovering.... no pressure. When I asked questions they easily answered with helpful information. Service was prompt and respectful. It's a small shop so there was no need to go searching for someone to help. And even though it is a small shop, it is very well organized and easily accessible. I went in person so I could not answer questions about online ordering. It was easy to get to and had very good parking. They may offer more than I went there for but I didn't look and didn't ask.
I not only highly recommend this store but won't be bothering with any of the other stores I was so disappointed in.

Went in just looking for a couple nuts and bolts to fix my trailer. Wasn't aware that it wasn't a hardware store where all that stuff is in the aisles for you to grab. The person behind the counter was super helpful and got me what I needed and on my way. I also overheard another salesperson talking to some customers and must say the customer service here is top notch.

This store is SO COOL!! They have every conceivable type of handle, door pull, house number and a variety of other related items. Browsing in here could easily cause one to redecorate one's entire home!

They have a great display of kitchen handles and knobs. We were trying to match some 30 year old handles, they had what we needed. They cut keys there also.and looks like they do custom name plates.

Used BH for 40+ years shopping first in E Lansing and recently in Lansing, Reo Town. Always professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. New location in Reo Town is easy to find. Plenty of parking. Mask wearing is mandatory and staff has made a real effort to stay healthy by taking it seriously. Displays do a good job of showing off products.

This is a great place to get keys made. Fast reasonable and accurate. It's a new store with many high end hardware items.
