Was looking for a ten inch duct plug but this was not available to order. Denny offered to get it from a heating company for me. He did find the part but I had used his idea to obtain one on my own before he called me back. Still, he was friendly and thankful that I had gotten what I needed. Great service all the time and they know what they are doing.

Great place! They seemed to have about everything you'd expect to find in a hardware store. Everything was neat and orderly. You could see they take pride in their business.

We bought a lawn chair at the end of last season and the wooden arm broke the first time we used it. We went back to see if they carried that chair this season and buy a new one. All of the staff was so helpful and one young woman took a look at the old chair and gave us the new one one exchange. Even though that was the right thing to do, we did not expect it. We live more than an hour away but every time we visit Clare, we also visit this store. What a gem you have Clare! Thank you, thank you!!

Friendly and helpful. Picked up some swimming pool toys today to play with at the Doherty Hotel next door! Clean and organized.
