You won't find another firearms retailer with better prices and better customer service. Matt and his team are genuine and top notch and they'll treat you like family, whether you are brand new to firearms or not. They do community outreach and will work on getting exactly what you are looking for. Top-notch!

What can I say? These guys are very good at what they do. Scott is a great sales guy. Adam has hooked me up on some of my favorite guns. Jake and his designs are cool. He even put my artwork on some mags. The new shop is beautiful and is going to have a coffee shop. Coffee and guns.......something dreams are made of.

Best prices around, huge selection, and awesome staff who are always down for talking with customers and helping them achieve their firearm goals. Need a gunsmith, got it. Need some laser engraving, got it. Need some amazing coffee, got it! Will never spend money at another gun shop again.

I've been a customer since the beginning. Nowadays more family. The crew goes out of their way to please and can get you just about everything they don't already have. Spend your money here. You won't be disappointed.

The great:
Excellent customer service and overall nice folks. one of/ if not the most reasonably priced stores in the area with knowledgeable staff.

The good;
Stock/Inventory is getting bigger and better and is my only small critique.

Side note, I'm not a coffee drinker but OMG did the coffee smell amazing.

Best store ever for shooting sports. They treat you like family. They're like your cool uncle who loves target sports and loves telling you about all of his favorite tools to do it. And for the wealth of knowledge they have, and the way they treat you, it's silly to shop at a big box store just to save a few dollars that you burn up in gas anyway driving farther from home. Ammo prices typically better than big box sale prices.

Sierra at Vice Armory was excellent. She went above and beyond to answer my questions about a product and even compared them side by side over the phone! Would recommend this place to anyone because of their kind staff.

From helping with my first tax stamp to having some basic gun smithing done to just browsing and asking questions this place is great. I purchased a beautiful rifle put together by their gun smith 3-4000 rounds later she's still running great.
This is my families new go to gun store. They have a great selection of budget friendly mid tier and higher tier firearms. Trade in prices are more reasonable than other local stores as well. The whole staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable!!

Vice armory is truly the best, without question. From the customer service, to the knowledge, the assortment of goodies won’t be found anywhere in the area or the state. Never have I had such a great experience as I’ve had with Vice armory, do yourself a favor and stop in, even if it’s just to chat. I promise you’ll be happy you did. Vice, keep doing what you’re doing, you’re the store we all have always wanted and you do it better than we could have imagined. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating but it’s all google will let me leave.

If you are anywhere within an hour drive of VICE, you have to check it out! This place is awesome. From the knowledgeable staff who care about your needs to the on-site gunsmith, you can find the best value and friendly advice at VICE. You won’t be judged for you knowledge of firearms or lack thereof. Matt, Adam, Jake and all other team members are passionate about providing a top-notch experience. The new location is easy to get to being just 1.5 miles off I-69 and Elba rd. Go visit. You won’t be disappointed.

The only FFL I do business with these days. From top to bottom, these guys are always polite, respectful and yet still remain human without the incessant customer service is the only way attitude. These guys are helpful, informative, and helpful. My mother (who is not a firearm knowledgeable person) went in here and Adam specifically took the time out of his already chaotically busy day to make sure she was taken care of, and to make sure she felt heard, respected and confident in her transaction.

Great place to go! The owner and the staff is fantastic and make you feel very welcomed! And they are all very helpful! And the coffee is GOLD 😍

This shop has never disappointed! Great, knowledgeable employees and awesome customer service. Most importantly, they treat everyone with respect and support the local 2A / MIL / LEO / first responder communities. The selection of inventory is impressive and their prices are hard to beat. I don't live that close but I always try to stop in every couple of weeks to feed my habit and support Vice Armory!

This was my teenage daughter's first time visiting a real gun store. She was hesitant to go in as the original Vice Armory building was a bit foreboding. Once inside we received a warm welcome by a couple of staff members and a kind comment on her footwear. She was impressed by their selection of clothing. On the way out we walked by a 3rd staff member who thanked us for stopping in. Thanks to a great team for a positive experience despite the pressure they must of been under just days before their move to the new location.

Excellent staff. Always friendly and happy to help with anything. This store is the exact opposite of any FFL I have ever stepped foot in. I drive an hour to come here and its worth it.

Vice Armory is hands down the most professional gun shop I have ever been too. I have been a consistent customer not only because their prices are always more than reasonable but the crew is awesome. Ciara, Scott, Jake, Adam and off course Matt as well as the others I have also attended the CPL class there which was excellent. Great instructor I highly recommend going here for any of your firearm needs their staff will treat you like family and take great care of you. They definitely have taken care of me

Vice is the place to go! They have “internet prices”, incredible customer service and a great selection!! I used to frequent a near by gun store but I get better customer service and better prices from Vice Armory. Usually those 2 things don’t go together but the Vice team has proven that is possible to get the best CS and the best prices at the same place. For example, I bought a gun at the other store near by and ended up having an issue with it while it was still under warranty. The other store told me to contact SIG myself and go through their warranty process. That isn’t horribly unreasonable but when you pay the highest price around for a gun I expected superior customer service. I happened to complain about the situation while buying some stuff at Vice and they immediately offered to handle the warranty process for me even tho I didn’t buy the gun from them. That is Customer Service and putting the customer first! I was blown away and since then I have bought everything from Vice. Plus they all make you feel like an old friend when you come in. HIGHLY recommended!!
